Complaint is against conductor and drivers of bus with vehicle regd. no. WB 05 7588 of route AC 50-A.
Incident happened around 2:40 p.m near Palki stoppage, Patuli. AC-50A has a final stoppage of Garia 6 no.bus stand . The conductor while I was boarding the bus, told me that the bus will go to Garia. At Palki the only passengers were me and my friend. Seeing that we were school boys, they decided to turn the bus around at Palki Stoppage and refused to complete the trip. They insulted us and trash talked us in the public when we charged them with not completing the entire trip. Simply because we were young, the conductor and driver thought they could get away with improperly carrying on their duties and carrying out absolutely unacceptable behaviour.

I have boarded Dakshineshwar Amtala bus on 12th Sept 2024 at 13.15 pm from dlf 2 bus stop, mu destination was new alipore petrol pump. Tickwt was provided for Ecospace to Tarala and I was charged 10 rupees more. Overall price as 70 rupees. PLEASE MAKE SURE BUS CONDUCTORS BOOK AND CHARGE TICLETS AS PER EXACTS STOPS AND PRICE

The conductor of bus ( AC 24 ) , bus no. WB 05 1233 from Patuli to Howrah on 04.08.2025 at 8.10 am refused to give ticket and he was collecting ticket money less than ticket price from everyone in the name of having tea and snacks. I am surprised why there is no supervisor to check in middle of route? This is the reason why govt. Organization is fetching loss in every sector.

Immediate action and suspension of those govt employees are required.

I was traveling today for business purpose in C8 (WB-04H-3825) from deshapriya to Joka Tram Depot.So I give the transportation Charge to Conductor like everyone do.He didn't give my money back the whole way.So I asked him to give them back. He's giving the false attitude like I'm lying and harassed me man man we don't want this type of misbehaving staff please take action as soon as possible if you don't take any action I will go to police for this

I want to make a complain again conductor who was doing duty in Bus No wB05 2xxxin the evening shift of 21.4.24 The incident happened when I was standing in esplanade crossing after seeing match at Edengarden,at8 pm when the conductor did not allowed to board me the bus thought there was space available in the bonnet.
As I am a regular passenger of E1 and know where the passenger can sit in the bonnet, He told that he will not take anyone in the bonnet and in fact argued with me. My complaint against this conductor is that can he run the bus at his own will and not adjust with the passenger . The conductor should be asked why is is not cooperative with passenger.

I am a daily commuter in Beliatore-Barjora route. Today(26/08/2019)near about 5pm ,I return from Barjora (Bus No- WB 39-7207 of Bankura Depot). I asked for a ticket, unfortunately today I don't have any changes. So I give him Rs.100/- and asked for a ticket. At that time he called me that "you are that type of person who doesn't bought tickets & traveling free of cost". Use slang languages. Give me threat from get off the bus. So could you please let me know that, "Could I travelled by your bus?!?!! If I don't have the Changes.!!!" And me.

I am a daily commuter in Jadavpur - Howrah route. I commute via E1 of CSTC everyday. Today .I.e. 21/02/2019 @ 8.30 p.m I rode from Howrah terminus (Bus no.WB112845) and bought ticket by paying Rs.16 (tkt no.TC9622) @ 8.39 p.m. The journey was good through out. But at the end the flavour of the whole journey was spoiled by the misconduct of the driver. The route ends at Jadavpur 8B bus terminus and the bus while coming to Jadavpur from Howrah use to take a U turn from Sulekha more towards the terminus. Today the driver asked us to get down at Sulekha more stating he is Hungry and the bus . He forcefully asked me and 1 lady to get down at Sulekha more. We had to get down and walked back to 8B for that. When I said that why didn't he asked us to get down earlier, he said he vaguely said that he don't see us but he will not go to 8B. I got down after that and followed the bus from behind and found that, they had taken a U turn and went towards the 8B terminus. But they did not entered the terminus rather went away straight.The conductor had seen all of it but did not spoke anything on this. This is shocking ,how a public servant deal like this and upon confronting giving vague excuse and behave rudely. I don't know whether you take proper action on this, but this is actually insane and not keeping a good value to the institution.

This is inform to you that, maximum days I travelled on SBSTC from Airport to Habra & bus route is Digha to Habra. Today evening while bus crossing the airport I give the signal for stopping & according to this bus stop & down the passenger. Then bus Start with out me. My question is hare why not he taking? If not stopage there why he stop ? Today may be happen the accident then who will take responsibility? Please look into the matter.

I am purchasing one ticket from Esplanade sbstc counter about 9:33am bus no 1155 seat no 42 date 18.06.18 ticket no 8117998 Esplanade to suri i give them Rs. 500 he return 220 but fair is Rs. 180 they do not return 100.i am not looking the ammount because of the bus is start for running .
please do needfull for this type of corruption
