Report An Unauthorized Transaction
Block using the PhoneBanking
To report credit card transactions not done by you, call on 18001031212 (Toll Free for Mobile & Landlines in India) / +91 22 49350000 (When Calling from Outside India). Please keep the following before calling -
- Credit card number
- Type of transaction e.g. online, at a store, local grocer, etc.
- Date of transaction
- Transaction amount
Block through the NetBanking
- Login to the YES BANK NetBanking using your Login ID & password
- Click on “Credit Card” tab.
- Select “Block Lost/Stolen Card”
Block using the Mobile Banking
- Steps for Registration if you have not registered:
- Download YES Mobile from Play Store/ App Store
- Register on YES Mobile using your Retail Net Banking/ Credit Card / Debit Card / Customer Information
- Follow below mentioned steps to proceed
- If you have already registered, Login into the YES Mobile app using APIN/Fingerprint
- Click on Credit card from Bottom Carousal
- Select “Block Lost/Stolen Card”. Confirm blocking your Credit card using MPIN.
Block using YES Pay
- Select Manage Cards
- Tap on requests and select Block Card

If you are not getting resolution or not satisfied by support team, ycan also follow these level for the resolution of your complaints:
Level 1
- You can reach branch and log your complaint in the complaint register. In all branches they have displayed the name and contact details of officers whom you can contact for raising your complaints.
Level 2
- If the resolution provided at Level 1 does not meet your expectation, you can write to Grievance Redressal Officer or Areawise Nodal Officer
