Money not credited to my account till date

I transfered money Rs 13013 through ICICI net banking Monday but money not showing in my account so how can I buy and sell and I sent 2 times email with proof photo of money sent.
How can any one help now.

Sir Mai apane phone pay account se. 4000 ka payment Kiya but oh feild ho Gaya Mera Paisa. Na mere demate account me Aya na mere bank account me pls refund m money.
I had added fund in 5 paisa of my demat account
Client code:5379170 but the money is deducted from my bank account and not added to my demat profile, please take proper action as early as possible and let me know about the situation, otherwise I have to take legal action.
