Never purchase laptop from acer

I have never seen any laptop like this worst laptop brand ever. I had purchased acer nitro 5 laptop. Within 1year got my keyboard replaced as it was not working and later my charger was not working which costed me another 4k. And finally after a month problem with motherboard and it needs to be replaced. I had never had such a worst experience from any other brand. I would suggest not to purchase product from this brand.

Sound volume low

I've bought the laptop yesterday and from the 1st day I've the low volume issue. In 100% volume i cant hear properly, near to the laptop , kindly look into the matter

Issue with service

This is to get it to your notice that I had some issues with my Acer Tab SIM USB slot. The same was discussed with the service engineers and later dropped at the service center on 31 jan2022 ref no 4358536i
Till date the issue is not been rectified nor sorted out. We primarily use this tab for my daughter’s online classes and she has been missing out on classes ever since this issue.
There has been an high pressure from the school management regarding the attendance aswell.
I kindly request you to consider this as an crisis to sort out the issue or kindly allot me a spare tab or replace the unit.(the product is still under warrant).

Hello,My New ecer Nitro 5 laptop . My laptop has overheating issues from last week. I called the ecer Toll free service center and described everything. According to your advice I went to your service center in Baharampur, Murshidabad . They told me this Issue is not for 1Tb SSD or 16GB Ram . This is another problem.  They didn't solve my problem because I had no complaint no. So Please send me a complaint no and then I will go there again , now I can't use my laptop. 

Worst customer service

I am from India and I am facing a lot of trouble from Acer Customer Service here in India. I have purchased a laptop Acer Predator Helios 300 from an online shopping site on 07th March 2019 with serial no. NHQ3FSI0088460F45D3400. After that I mailed Customer service on October on how to extend warranty. They told me to register my laptop first which I completed and mailed them back. After vigorous mails they told me that my warranty cannot be extended through online and told me to visit local Acer store. I visited there and they told me to wait until next month as they get extension price details every month beginning. I waited for that too and contacted them again and they told me to that they told their higher authority about the matter. I waited for that and they told me that their higher oficial didnot mail them back and they are busy. I contacted Debjyoti [dot] Sanyal [at] acer [dot] com, Ail [dot] Nbeasycare [at] in [dot] aegisglobal [dot] com, Praveen [dot] Bisht [at] acer [dot] com and ail [dot] easycare [at] acer [dot] com and they told me after many mails last week that to extend my warranty I need to pay them Rs 6990 + 18% GST to Acer which I paid them immediately . Then they mailed me that they will provide me with the invoice by Friday which I didnt receive yet.My reference No. is ACR1052205 by which I am talking with the above officials on mail.It is very bad to know that the customer care executives cannot help me with my concerns for the past 5 months. Firstly they took 5 months to provide the price to extend my warranty, then they mailed and said to give the money which I have paid instantly and then they are taking again more then 5 days to provide me the Invoice. Mr Debjyoti Sanyal messaged me twice that he will share the invoice by EOD on Friday but still I didn't get a mail yet from his end. This is disturbing me a lot mentally. I am very much tired of mailing them every now and again.

very bad experiance with services of Acer

I am also disappointed with services of Acer. I have bought a Laptop all the software was told to me inbuilt or was purchased original with laptop only. Laptop screen starts flickering anytime. When contact to the seller he gives a call center number, when call them they start to tell you that it is a software problem do this, do that etc...anything of which doesn't resolve problem.
Further, if it was a software problem, it should be continuously there, but when I start the laptop head down, most of the times it starts normal, so I don't think it is hardware problem.
Can anybody tell me how can I lodge a complain, I think they are only waiting for warranty time to expire only then they will lodge my complain.

Laptop Mother board issue and not repearable

Shocked to here issue in mother board within 1 year of purchase..

As i have turned up to service center after 1 year of purchase, i was told laptop out of warranty.

Another shock is they said no mother board stock available in Acer itself.

If this is the case, what i can do with laptop?
Even though my laptop is not a old model, why mother board not available?

I have complained regarding my Acer laptop which is having some issues in charging. After 2 month of use it is not charging anymore. I have already applied for the repair of the laptop but the Guwahati Acer customer care service is not responding to my complain. Issue have been facing since last month but the spare or the customer service has not arrived yet. I am very disappointed by the service of the Acer Guwahati customer care. It gives me thought regarding why did I brought this. If you are not ready for customer service then you shouldn't sell the item. Do something and repair it as soon as possible.

Good Morning!

I have purchased ACER calling tablet for Rs.3,460.80 from UDAAN udaan.com on 01/01/2019 but found faulty when we checked it after opening the box. There is no audio and there is a touch pad issue and both are not working properly.

I have created a return request on the same day (01/01/2019) but they have denied saying it is not refundable as per their policy but I saw there is a replacement & refund policy of 2 days (48 hours) and I have attached everything for your reference.

I raised many return requests with UDAAN but they have rejected saying there is no refunds or replacements. When I called them on xxxxxxxxxx and even though they have not responded properly. Today when I have again called they have given me the service center number of ACER tech support, when I called that number there are nobody over there respond me and then I got the number of acersupport online and called their customer care number xxxxxxxxxx and they have asked me the detailed information about ACER tablet, its IMEI number, serial number, from where I purchased etc.I have them all the information and even sent mails to them but there is no response.

It is my daughter's birthday next week and I thought to gift it to her but due to this fraud & the fake people I am unable to gift her anything.

I am fed up of these people as they have delivered me a faulty ACER tablet which is not working properly.
Please take necessary action against UDAAN and also their vendor called Shop Name: Pearl Overseas, B15, Meera Complex, Ground Floor, Office No.3, Matiyala Road, Uttam Nagar, Landmark: Near Delhi Bazaar outlet, Delhi-110059. Delhi.who sent me this faulty ACER tablet through UDAAN express(e-commerce agent).
I request you humbly to get me the amount or the replacement of that product which is in the working condition and everything should be fine.
Hence please justify this issue, resolve it and will be very grateful & thankful to you forever.

i have a android cell problem.

System over heating after servicing and various other problems

Acer aspire V5 571G(I5); Sl no. Nxm2esi0032270b5a46600 Purchased on 2/9/2012 initially was having exhaust problem and was sent for servicing. After this i came to know that my 2 gb RAM was missing. I informed that to the servicing executive. Now the same problem is occuring. The fan is again not working. I am utterly dissapointed with the servicing. COMPLAINT NO.401408

I have logged a complaint on 27th August 2012 morning and the complaint no. 401408. Till now neither attended the complaint nor received any calls from service provider. myself called twice on 080-40922096 (Sysnet re) wherein their response was very poor saying that they will attend the call only tomorrow. That is exactly 48 hours after my complaint was logged. Can someone close the call immediately as this very difficult without net in the system

No help from support

I purchased an Acer mobile and the battery is on its way out. I cannot get a replacement battery from shops. None of them support Acer phones despite living in Mumbai.
What is my worst experience is that the help support provided is unable to provide assistance. One lady attending my call said that she was not even aware or heard that Acer sold mobile phones!
After about 4 hours of trying to get help from over 20 dialed numbers from Acer point dealers in number, all listed on the website, I have given up on Acer.
The Acer company executives are invisible on their website or on the internet. The company is being supported by rude and impolite call center personnel.

Laptop model AS4750Z

I have purchased one new acer laptop model AS4750Z during November 2011 from Durga Computers and Electronics, Ambattur, Chennai.

Within one month time, the system will shut down immediately within five minutes. Then I have handedover the system to them and in turn they have locked a complaint with acer customer service centre at Vadapalani, Chennai. They came and checked on 03.01.2012 and found that mother board problem [Ref No.010412-334]. From that date problem not yet rectified not standby laptop not provided to me.

Two days back only, one standby note book provided to me [model D250]. That to is not working properly. The purpose of laptop purchase is not fulfilled because of your very tremendous service.

I request you to provide me a new laptop instead of servicing the old one.

Complaint On acer service

I really disappointed on acer laptop service.I bought my laptop(acer aspire 4810 timeline series) one year back. After buying that laptop i faced many problems on hardwares but i didn get proper service yet.I think acer laptops are not good in their functioning and their hadrware parts.If the company has any commitment on their customers Please do something for this otherwise the money spent on that will be waste for many people.
