ACT is a worst experience with this network...You are taking bulk months payments but not giving good service...I am complaining since last one month ..but there is no response from act....really this is the waste of money for us.. Yor service executive one Mr. Roshan (×××××97031) don't know how behave to the customers, we are not taking free service from you also keep in mind this type of irresponsible service will not entertain any customers because of may good service providers are available in the market.

I have given complaint on 21 june still the problem not solved, I have requested to disconnection process and connected provide new provider.

Wrost service i have seen from last month

Raised three times query on speed not getting as per plan, but they closed without solved.

Pathetic customer service and responsibilities, from last 8 month I'm paying cost for 150mbps and I'm getting less than 20 Mbps speed.

I got haressed just becoz of Act officer i said i lost my job i needy refund its no month now i can nkt stay here without any job but thy played a game with me thy asked to drop the router to the tnagar chennai i went there i lost and also got harresd the police helpef me drop the home but wat ever i faced it ws just becoz the the nodal officer who was not ready to gelp me asked to go to return the router now i m gonna case this its very serious matter how thy can do this the cx

Very worst service provider. Repeatedly facing internet connection issue, and I have informed customer care that there has been some damage in the cable wire. It is already 3rd day, nobody has come and changed the wire. New connection will be provided in a day of time. But when it comes to service, it won't be resolved with the time constraints.

This is one of the worst service providers. These people will never respond to any of our quires and no one will take responsibility and they will come behind u to take their connection but later if u call them for any issues they will block your number.
Very bad connection and disconnects now and then.

My name is Kiran I requested for a new broadband connection on June 16th the sales man he asked to make payment and then company will send you the technical person to make setup and finally I have done the procedure and finally the technical man came and inform I will come with in 2 days with kits and I will do connection he informed and I have waited to June 18th he didn't picked my calls and didn't respond finally I thought to ask for refund. Then coustmer care people informed I will get my refund with in 7 days. And waited for more than 10 days and I called the respected people now they are doing drama by one by one informing you will get tomorrow and same next day if I call they informed the same things. This people are playing with my money. At this pandemic situation the ACT team is taking our money and giving false commitment for us. Please don't buy this bloody act.

Sent an email raising a request to helpdesk [dot] blr [at] actcorp [dot] in 10 days back, 0 Response. Sent 6 follow up emails in 10 days, 0 response. Now customer care tells me they can't resolve the billing issue because a new month has started. What kind of service is this?

I have raised case with them and they closed case after 24hours without take any action , this is a worest network support team.

pathetic customer service. once the money has been paid don’t expect anything from this company.

I am writing this mail I made the payment on 1/06/2020 . Installation not being this as this is highly unprofessional from your side as every day I am calling the customer care and they are telling by the end of the day and within 24 hours I will receive call  or response about the installation,till date not body called me. Please tell whether its possible from your end or not. Refund my money I will take another service which is better than you. The sales person named Shankar who call me every day to take the connection after the selling of the product he is not picking the call at all. This is one of the horrible experience from ACT.

It is very worst in chennai . Sir , I paid the fee , They came the very next day . they done the setup , everything all they told me Internet will come in 1 day. but it has been 2 days and 3 days and whenever i call them , they think , find and tell me in different reasons and their ultimate goal is not to give me my internet connection. But still i never got my internet connection . whenever i call them , they don't pick up my call and even blocked my number and i have to call them , i have to message them , i have to pay fee , what is this sir ? . After all it was not a big problem for them , it's a small problem and even for it they take 3 days . I have a small doubt when i found your company , you told about you in your company name 'ACT' , and it was real that you are acting. you can die man . I want my service today if not i will not be patient anymore
