- For any query/complaint related to lost / damaged / delayed baggage, then you can contact to the customer support.
- If your baggage is lost or delayed more than 96 hours in domestic flights, then you will get a compensation of ₹22,000 (or equivalent currency) per baggage.
- If your baggage is lost or delayed more than 96 hours in international flights, then you will get a compensation of ₹70,000 (or equivalent currency) per baggage.
