Formal Complaint & Escalation – Unjustified Delay and Lack of Su
I am writing to formally escalate and register a complaint regarding the inordinate delay and unacceptable handling of my water heater installation request.
The product was purchased on 21/12/2025. Despite multiple phone calls and repeated follow-ups with both the authorized showroom and Bajaj Aftersales/Service teams, there has been no resolution, no confirmed installation date, and no ownership or accountability from the concerned teams. I am repeatedly advised to wait for the “official time,” without any written confirmation or clarity being provided.
This casual, indifferent, and non-transparent approach has caused severe inconvenience, frustration, and mental agony to me as a customer. I have completed all required formalities from my end promptly; however, the installation remains pending without any valid justification.
Further, I was recently asked to share photographs of my bathroom as a prerequisite for scheduling a service visit for installation. I wish to formally place on record my concern and seek official clarification on whether sharing such photographs is mandatory as per Bajaj’s service policy. This requirement was never disclosed at the time of purchase and raises serious privacy and data sensitivity concerns. No customer should be compelled to share images of their personal space without a clearly defined written policy or legal mandate.
In view of the above, I request the following with immediate effect:
Immediate assignment of a technician along with confirmation of the installation date and time.
Written clarification on whether bathroom photographs are mandatory for water heater installation.
Accountability and explanation for the unreasonable delay and lack of response from the showroom and aftersales teams.
Please treat this email as a formal grievance under Bajaj’s customer grievance redressal mechanism. If this matter is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, I will be constrained to escalate the issue further to higher management and statutory consumer grievance forums, including the Consumer Protection authorities, without further notice.
I expect a prompt written response and immediate corrective action.

Folks stop buying Bajaj appliances, read so many complains below all are facing same to same trauma for product servicing and follow up in guarantee period... I have had my share of trauma too with both dry iron and steam iron, they provide 2 yrs guarantee and few days b4 this period the product get spoiled, and when we complain they attend early if it's paid basis without gurantee, and take you for a roller costa ride if you opt for free service, the replacements never arrive as you are exhausted following them,their technicians close the complain without resolving. Their gurantee is just eyewash to sell products, experience d this many times in 4-5 years, I recommend not to buy bajaj appliance.....
Request for Fan Repair Under Warranty and Complaint
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my Bajaj fan [ENERGOS 26 1200 MM RED WALNUT CF], Purchase Date: 15/06/2025), which is still under warranty. Despite multiple requests for service, the issue with the fan has not been resolved.
On 15/08/2025,your assigned technician(Mr.Sonu) Called for the repair . However, he did not visited to resolve the problem, and his behavior towards me during the call was also extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. He Uploaded a fake warranty card in the System and cancelled the Service Request. I am attaching the soft copy of the original warranty card of the fan. Such conduct from an authorized service representative is deeply disappointing and tarnishes the goodwill of your company.
I kindly request Bajaj Electricals to:
1. Arrange immediate repair/replacement of the faulty fan under warranty.
2. Take strict action against the concerned technician for his misbehavior.
3. Provide me with a written assurance regarding corrective action.
Please note that if the issue is not resolved within 7 working days, I will be compelled to issue a legal notice to Bajaj Electricals Ltd. for deficiency in service and harassment, without any further intimation.

one heater get leakage and we registred complaint, tecn Mr santhosh kumar - visited our home and confirmed that tank leakage. he told compnay will replace the new heater for warranty coverage, but we have to pay 50 % amount. after some arguments he told 3500 rs have to pay then only we replace the heater. and we charged the rs 350 rs vivisting fees. So please solve the issue and replace pur heater as soon as possible under waaranty conditions.
THIS IS THE SECAND MAIL I SENDING HERE, BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM YOUR TEAM. ALMOST 10 DAYS OVER. Your silent is push me to take this issue to other platforms.

I had purchased 2 bajaj fans and to be honest it was my worst decision ever. Please whoever wishes to buy a fan do not go for bajaj it's totally waste of money, energy and time. And now I'll tell you why its waste of energy and time, I had purchased on April 14th 2025 and within next day I started have problem in both the fans, in 2 days I contacted this customer service and no doubt he came by an evening and fixed it, the problem was in both the fans there is a part called "bering", in 2 days there was a bering problem so that service man changed it and later on, on 5th May 2025 there was a motor issue bcz I started facing the same issue so on 12th May 2025 service man came and both the motor of the fans he changed but on that day(which is today) I started have the same issue and now there was something new, vibrations started so now again I had to complain about the fans. My energy and time wasted so much on this and now I'm so frustrated and they are now even ready to replace it, started facing the issue within the next day of purchase so I had all the rights to get the replacement but they didn't and now its not even a month from the purchase still they're not providing me the replacement

I felt very bad after purchasing gyeser after 15 days the gyeser did not work. I had already registered the complainant 15days ago. And I everyday calls to customer service. from 10days. No one has solved the problem. Every time, I get the same answer. "Sorry for the inconvenience. We will mark the complainant as high priority or urgent. " The problem is not resolved.

I purchased Ac from Bajaj Electronic from Hyderabad Suncity Branch. After 4 days also they have not delivered the production, but the AC installation person came to install the AC from company. No body is responding from the Branch, I called nearly 10 times, no body is giving any response. Very Bad experience. I advised not to visit Suncity Branch.
Regarding demonstration for OTG
I bought Bajaj OTG 2800 TMCSS from Sales Corner (Baroda) Pvt. Ltd. on 30th August 2020. They told me that technician will come from Bajaj service centre for demonstration of OTG. No technician comes for demo till today. So kindly send someone for demonstration of OTG.

I brought the room heater from Bajaj dealer on 23rd December 2019 and it was worked up to 29th December 2019, So on 29th when i reached to home from office i have switched on the room heater it was worked 10 min after that not working, I went to dealer to replace the product but he is not accepting and his saying that technician will come for repair but not technician also not yet visited, Kindly replace the product today it self with your dealer immediately, Because of heavy cold unable to stay at home please requesting your company to replace the product immediately.
