With reference to my complaint

I have registered a complaint stating that a deffective cylinder was delivered to us and that we faced promblems and an unfornate incident have been avoided. The negligence of the staff would have cost us lives.
I received the complaint number in the SMS and within an hour I received another SMS stating that the problem is been resolved.
I expected that someone from responsible department will call us and understand our problem but nothing of this sort happened. I did not expect such a thing from a company like Bharat gas.
We are not satisfied and expect a proper action from your end.

After complements,

I am one among the few hundreds consumer of Bharath gas customer number 25053 - VELACHERY Chennai. I have done online booking the cylinder on 22/11/2019 and received the message my dealer clear the delivery upto 2/11/2019 and again i have received the message saying that my cash voucher prepared on 9/12 / 2019, Usually the same day cylinder will be delivered to us but this time till date we have not received the cylinder and we have also following them from 13/12/2019

I have booked my refill,cylinder on 3 october 2019.but till date I didn't get my cylinder.everyday l called gas agency named excel gas service jui nagar, navi mumbai 400705
.but they replied me today you will be got your cylinder,but till date I don't have get my cylinder.delivery is showing on 11 th October 2019.

My c/no: 183822...i have only one gas connection. I used past 15years..but now I can't able to gas through mobile.. I asked distributor they are telling multiple connections showing in ur name... But really I have only one gas connection.. Kindly solve the issue

With reference to above mentioned subject it was noticed that since last 4-5 months that delivered cylinder having (approx 2 to 7 Kg per cylinder) less amount of gas. The delivery boy not agree to show the weight of cylinder and told that " ऊपर इतना ही आता हैं ". Resulting gas finished within 20 days where as previously finished after 45-50 days and increase the monthly expenses. while I weight last month it's found 7Kg less and today I found 3Kg less and he delivery boy said that"l have only this single cylinder, no other cylinder with me". So kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to supply the properly filled cylinder and show the weight of cylinder while delivered.

I booked clynder on Thursday 28th feb..with rate 625 and i also paid amount by net banking ..but today 1st march i got clynder with rate 670
45 rs increased in bill ..why ????
And i talk with coustmer care but there is no answer for my queries so please solve my problem--

I beg to get an information about that I have newly connected with Bharat gas due to transfer of my work place. So I want to know is products buying mendatory in place of new connection. Pls feedback me and oblige me

My consumer no is 31082 and my subsidy amount was not deposited in my bank account after 28 November, 2017 and your message of 'amont sending to bank' is recieving every month but bank a/c not deposited the amount from the year ago date and your call center is busy every time so please send my all remaining subsidy amount to my proper bank acount.

I am old customer . I am retired person and get Subsidy . I am supersized that Earlier my Subsidy was deposited in my SBI Bank. Now it is deposited in my ICICI bank . Dealer told me that it is BP Officer who decide whihc bank to depoeit .
I what to close my ICICI account. So please change deposit of subsidy to my SBI account .

Kindly refer to our complaint nos, 3032125 & 3193217 and we shall be very much obliged;if your good selves will please cause the release of subsidy for the last near about two years.We were receiving the same regularly through our Bank of Baroda,Khed (Ratnagiri )Branch savings bank account, but in the mean while the same stopped and when enquired with your usual Toll free no.we were shocked on hearing that we have exceeded the limit of income of Rs.10 lacks. We have then asked by them for submission of our Income Tax returns for the last two years .We promptly submitted during first week of July 2018. None less on being asked on mobile by your office that we won't get previous subsidy;when we are not at fault.We repeatedly requested for the same but your functionaries showed their denial,and threatened us to go any where therefor.
We once again request your kind selves to look into the matter and direct your concerned functionaries to act upon the matter under advise.If nothing is heard within a fortnight, then we will be constrained for us to refer the matter with your higher ups vis-a-vis consumer redressal forum. Kindly note.

At my agency Employee i have complained and request to change my bottle which is leacked so smelling but his accountant or incharge show me where is leackage and poor botton top node with water and showing bubble and say there is no leakage and refuse to bottle change after so many argue and requesting i will bare any charges please replace my bottle and after he agreed and replaced my bottle . so he is fully rights to play with customers and his family life this not a crokery whom u argue with customer this is the question of whole family life so if this kind of problem we face then how to give a compalint against this kind of service please give me a progper guideance

Can anyone help??? Bhandup west Bharatgas (Sunil gas service) Mumbai- 400078. First the staff are worst not co-operative, answers are illogical......giving customer care number only one after one and that side no one available to received call of customer. we are providing them all verified documents from bank but lady over receiving end saying i don't know what to do........shame on worst service ever

wrongly selected the opted out option while booking through Mobile application. Hence request to restore the services in order to receive subsidy in his bank account.
