I purchased Boult Q headphones from Blinkit yesterday and the audio quality is not clear. The sound output is very low and unclear, so it seems like I have received a defective piece. I have used Boult products before and never faced this issue, so this is unexpected at this price range. I request you to kindly check and arrange a replacement at the earliest.

I bought Boult earbuds from Amazon on June 13th.
And within 10 days I am facing battery backup problem left earbud .
The left earbud is discharging very quickly compared to the right earbud.

Please help me
