Sir I have placed a demand through my afd portal ,in which old grocery card number was showing and supply order done payment done ,but when I went to gwalior urc they told no supply order showing as I have got new canteen card on promotion but supply order generated have old grocery card number.i updated it on afd portal on 14 feb .but it's still showing in demand order I have placed ,please resolve the issue as urc is very far away and I will not get time visit it everyday ,system is made for smooth delivery sir please help out to generate my ls order

I would like to inform you that I am writing this mail for the LS order. I have placed a demand for an item through the CSD portal for a four-wheeler CSD whose demand no is #27-3068654. The request was placed on 20/02/2024 and the payment is all done. The status is Supply Order Processing. I have tried contacting the authorized URC many times but no response. Also, I have written feedback in the AFD Portal

Also, there is no response.

Please resolve this so that we can get our product as soon as possible.
