How to Lodge Complaint Online

• Visit the Official Website .
• Click on "Lodge Your Grievance" .
  
• Select Pensioner Type:
  • Select the appropriate Type of Pensioner
  • Click on "Continue" to proceed
  
• Fill the Grievance Registration Form :
  • Provide the following mandatory information: Ministry/Department from which Retired, Office/Organisation from which retired/retiring, Grievance Pertains To, Grievance Category etc
  • Enter Personal and Pension Details: Email ID, Residential Address, Country, State, District, PIN Code, Mobile Number, Type of Pension, Bank Name, Pensioner's Bank Account Number, Bank IFSC Code.
  • Provide Grievance Details: Enter the detailed description of the grievance.
  • Upload supporting documents (PDF or other permitted formats), if any
  • Submit the Grievance
  
• OTP Verification
  • Enter the OTP received on the applicant registered mobile number to authenticate the submission.
  
• A Grievance Registration Number will be sent to the registered mobile number, save this number carefully for future reference.
  
• Click " Send Reminder/Clarification ": Use this option if your grievance response is delayed.
  
• Click " View Grievance/Appeal Status ": Use this option to check the current status and pendency level of your grievance.
  
• If you are not satisfied with the solution, then you can file an Appeal .
  • Click " Appeal ": Use this option if you are not satisfied with the reply or resolution provided.
