Very poor after sales service
I had brought a chetak EV. Battery not functioning and has been fitted a week before after waiting for one month.
Now again the changed battery is not functioning and the showroom is saying to wait for a new one for 10 days. Proper Complaint registered only after an argument with Manager of the showroom.

Arrogant behaviour of sai service manager
Chetak i gave servicing on 19th April 2025. Mahadeo Suryawanshi was service manager for Sai service Kondhwa. Chetak was not washed, not even dust was removed. when i asked that servicing means washing also. the manager gave Arrogant answer stating that they dont have water and washing equipment. Washing is not provided by company for the sai service station. I told them at wagholi or rasta peth service station they wash the vehicle without any compliant so why can't sai service kondhwa can't wash? Labour charges they took Rs. 800. I told that take cherges for washing but dont give vehicle in the same condition as when i left it for servicing. Rude, careless Behaviour of the manager was there.
complaint against defective chetak scooter
We have bought new chetak scooter but within two days it stops in the middle of road with trianle sign on dash board we reporte the same to show room but these people are not taking it seriusly and instead passing time by some or other reason how do i deal with it.

Very arrogant staff and very bad service provided.
Regarding subsidy
Sir I buy chetak scooty in november but I haven't received subsidy till now. Plz look into the matter as you assure for the same withi within 3 months of delivery

Aap aapki brand ka naam dekar koi bhi scooter sale kr skte ho ye sabhi ko pata hai,chetak s purana rishta hai ye samjh kr li...
But service and performance is not good like old one,I m from coimbatore tamilnadu and we face so many problems in this ev chetak,no service provider is good here,they are not do properly service and solve it,plszz change or cheak with your end,we fill "thaga thaga" with this scooter,no run more than 60/70 k.m after full charge.

I Agree, Bajaj Must have improve the quality of Service , Chetak Product is Good but dealer are spoiling the brand name like BAJAJ.
Unprofessional staff lack of knowledge falls commitment, Product is getting sell jus because of Bajaj ( Hamra Bajaj) Name, no magic.
Bajaj Management must have to look in Service part as we as Dealer working style, Company must have carryout the surprise visit /Audit.
