Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied my car insurance claim (on accident) amount before 2.5 months, but till date company or local representative is not taking any action/steps, here no one is the responsible person in (Balangir) odisha branch. All are giving hopeless statements like I'm not eligible for claim. every one from cholamandalam ms general insurance showing indifferent attitude and remained salience.
There fore i would like to request the competent authority to look in to the matter and settled my claim as soon as possible.

I have done payment with your executive on 28-sep-2022 for car insurance renewal, but almost 12 days gone , insurance copy not mailed or sent, i sent number of mails but no response. Please look into this case immediately.

All are hopeless and pathetic service by cholamamdlam ms general insurance , everyone is showing attitude on front of me - mr rohan deshmukh (cercil head of pune unit) he is not like for this post,
