Crompton Greaves Fans Customer Care

I am Jebastine, residing in Mettupalayam, Coimbatore. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Crompton 1200 mm HS Toro Magic Brown 1S fan model, which I purchased in December 2023 for my new home.

In January 2024, I installed the three fans, and unfortunately, one of them started producing a continuous noise soon after installation. After raising a complaint, a technician visited my home and confirmed that this is a common issue with this model, advising a replacement. I followed his advice and replaced the faulty fan at the store where I purchased it.

However, the replacement fan exhibited the same problem, and despite another technician visit and subsequent replacement, the third fan is now also producing the same noise.

I have spent nearly 1500 rupees on installation and repeated trips to the store, and I am extremely frustrated with this entire experience. I am not willing to visit the store again and demand that a replacement be provided at my doorstep. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action.

I trust you will take this matter seriously and look forward to a swift resolution.

I have purchased four new ceiling fans of AURA PRIME anti dust model recently.

Post installation, fans are oscillating too much and making lots of noise from the head. All the fans have warranty of
five years.

Have raise service request two times.

First time request was cancelled without even contacting me Have raised the latest request.

Request you to please help me with solution as my new Crompton Aura Dust Free Fan is at all not functional immediately aa seen during installation.

I have tried many times to connect over website numbers for customer care but none of them are operational or ringing continuously.

I have a huge faith on your brand and using many items since long years at house and in family. But this is my first time bad experience after buying your product from Amazon.

Requesting you to please help as it's a costly product and brand value must not get effected at all.

from fan and Stopped working.

Hello, I have purchased 8 silent Pro enso ceiling fans. One fan is not working and three fans are making lot of noise.

I bought a 1400 mm fan today at chennai and I am completely dissatisfied with the quality. I installed it today itself but to my horror I found the fan very noisy while running. this is the least i expected from a company like Crompton Greaves . The quality for which Crompton fans are known for has gone for a toss. Quality control has been completely bypassed, otherwise, a brand new fan will not produce so much noise while running.
i UNDERSTAND, THE COMPANY ALSO DOES NOT CARE TO REPLACE THE FAN OR SEND ITS TECHNICIAN TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT.

Fan not working all of the sudden send person to fix it or let me know to get replacement

I bought 2 HS ceiling fans of 1200 size from Mahavir Enterprise, Vasai west, on May 18, 2020. However, I found fans speed is low and not have speed of normal fan speed strength.

Warranty complaint to customer

From your website I had collected the service centre number for Agartala Tripura and accordingly I had contacted the person last week and he promised me to come on 21st Aug'19 but he did not turn up and once again I've contacted on 24th Aug'19 and promised to attend on today but unfortunately he did not come and did not pick up my phone also, kindly take rectifying steps to stop harassing the customer.

I had given a complaint on toll free number on 21st June and executive told me that, the complaint will be attended with in 48 hours. I received a message that complaint was assigned to Dynamic electronics Hyderabad. Till now nobody was turned up. I requesting you please resolve my complaint at the earliest.
