Through Online

• Login to DCB Mobile Banking App , and instantly block your card by clicking on the Cards, then click on the Block Debit Card.

Through DCB Personal Internet Banking

• Visit DCB Bank website , then select Personal Internet Banking , then login with your credentials and select Block Debit Card option in General Services section and follow the instructions

Through DCB WhatsApp Banking

• Give a missed call on 7095222000 to registered mobile number
  • Click on the link shared via text/ SMS or save the number mentioned in text/ SMS
  • Type "Hi" and send (via WhatsApp)
  • Reply "3" to block your DCB Debit Card and follow the instructions
• You can also visit the nearest DCB Bank branch and submit DCB Debit Card blocking request
