I have ordered Redtape shoes but the Ekart delivery man name Nafees, in my area Abul Fazal Enclave, Jamia Nagar Okhla, has replaced the new Redtape shoes with old shoes dirty used shoes, when I called him back he didn't picking the phone, inside that old shoes their are lot of delivery plastic package of my nearby area, he is the only one who does these kind of worst things.
I request Ekart authority to investigate it.

I also ordered 2 more shoes from Redtape for which delivery mail was sent to me that your shoe will be dilevery 3 days back but he hasn't deliver it yet also not picking my call.

Ekart authority please look into it.

Your delivery person called morning 9 a.m. to inform me that courier has to be delivered but to my surprise and shock he came 4 p.m. On asking about it he said customer has to be at home when he come to delivery. He does not care about wasting customer time in waiting for courier to be delivered.

Please look in to matter or I will ask product companies to send via other courier otherwise I will not buy your product.

I had not placed order for the product with Tracking ID No. FKAC8000681089 that was delivered today by taking Rs.499/- from my nephew in my absence. My nephew called me in the presence of the Delivery Boy who told my nephew to open the package and place Return request in the available information in the Invoice inside the package. Invoice was not available inside the package so there is no information or contact details of the Shipper. So I request your good office to hold payment and inform Shipper to take return of the product and refund the paid amount to avoid painfully procedure of Law at your own risk & Cost.

I would like to inform you that, As per tracking id FMPP2962717374 , i have received a damaged product (Luminous 150 AH battery) on 5-apr-2025 and after viewing it is damaged then i have returned to the courier boy at the same time of delivery. but it is showing delivered istatus and I have not received the refund yet.

I bought 2 jeans from one of the site, i received the parcel from ecart, but delivery agent gave me the wrong parcel,
And the jeans are to dirty and in very bad condition.

I had ordered a shirt from the website febrikhome on 25/03/2025.i got it delivered today 29/03/2025 by ekart which was completely a different shirt from what i ordered. I ask you to refund my money back Rs. 700 and return the product.

There were 3 attempts of return pickup by the ekart logistics but the issue is that the delivery agent refuses to accept the package with invalid reasons and additionally the agent did not co-operate accordingly and misbehaved. There will be another pickup attempt tommorow, therefore it is a sincere request to the authorities to make sure that the pickup is successful without any inconvenience. So to add unwanted to lodge a misbehavioural complaint agent the delivery agent.

Regarding delay in my order delivery by Ekart

I ordered a pair of cargo pants, but the wrong and broken item arrived. I want my money back. I placed a purchase with FashionCore, but the number on the bill was unreachable. Please provide me with the Ekart customer service number. I also have video proof.

I had ordered a 360 degree moving faucet. The box was delivered to me after paying rs 500. After opening it was something else. I telephoned to the delivery boy but he told me that he will check and revert. But no body replied. I requested him to give me the detail of supplier. But no responce. I ordered a product from Flipkart which was delivered on 6th in the Amity University Gurugram, the wishmaster was asked to cancel the order but he dishonestly asked for the OTP and rather cancelling the order he confirmed it. Now I am not able to either get the refund or the product.

This issue is regarding shipment with Tracking ID: FMPP2791887788.

The delivery agent associated with this order misled me by claiming to deliver the product but failed to deliver it. Around 8:24 pm , the delivery agent contacted me and i was out of town. He said he can delivery to
Apartment security and requested the OTP for the delivery. Trusting your service, I provided the OTP, only to discover later that I have not received the product.

I have always trusted Ekart Logistics for its reliability, but this incident has severely impacted my confidence in your services. Such unethical behavior from your staff is unacceptable, and I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly.
Please address this issue on priority, provide clarity on the situation, and let me know how you intend to resolve it. Additionally, I would like either the immediate delivery of my product or a full refund.

EKART is worst to the core courier service.
Very cleverly has no contact no to resolve customer queries or doubt.
NO proper sender address to reach out and delivery person is also rude
Online scamming for people's fund in small or bigger amounts.

The delivery guy without coming to my location and information this guy is canceled my order and rescheduled my deluvery also so what is this type of behaviour is insulting the customer and i will never buy anything from noe onwards on flipkart this is my promise i am going post this all conversation and experience on social media like facebook, instagram. Linkedin n more ?????
We can see below screenshot this delivery guy canceled my order and i was paid online is this joke or unprofessional behaviour by deluvery guy can do it whatever he want ?? So sorry but the flipkart is very low class app and service i got i am going to switch for online buying from flipkart and if next 12 hour if i didnt got my delivery then i am going compaint in lolice about flipkart and deluvery guy both ??

Mne ek product oder kra tha ekart se aaya. H vo packaging open thi & product ka ek part missing tha then delivery boy argu kre ja rha tha & also used bad words & warning bhi deke gya h delivery boy...waste ekart logistics h delivery boy ko bhi baat krne ke tameez ni h very bad experience to ekart logistics & castomer care no. Bhi ni h enka logo ka bewakoof hi bna rhy h very bad service ekart

The order was delivered by e-kart, so they should have some information about where this order is coming from. The box did not mention a bill or further details except the address.

My Order Reached at Courier partner Location On 14 Dec But After 4 Days It's Not Delivered By Delivery Boy. Till Status Showing Out For Delivery

The delivery boy have no sense how to talk. He talk like he is boss. He delivers the product on their mood. If he don't want to deliver, he never deliver. Even he challenged you that I'll not deliver to you. Do whatever you want to do. This type of attitude of a delivery boy is never accepted. Very much disappointed. Worst service, misbehave with customer. If I know the delivery boy, I'll definitely take action on him. Ekart courier is bad courier.
