Still not delivery

Reached to coimbatore hub on 23rd but still not received product.

No body give proper answer.Poor service for delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your notice an issue regarding my recent order placed on Myntra and delivery through e kart.

My parcel has been marked “out for delivery” for the last two days; however, the delivery agent has refused to deliver it to my doorstep. Instead, he is insisting that I collect the parcel from a location 1–2 km away from my residence.

I would like to inform you that I have recently undergone surgery and am not in a position to travel. Additionally, the other members of my household are elderly, making it difficult for us to collect the parcel ourselves. If doorstep delivery is promised by Myntra and its delivery partners, it is unreasonable to expect customers to collect parcels from distant locations.

Furthermore, I have previously received deliveries at my doorstep from other delivery partners such as XpressBees and Blue Dart without any issues. In contrast, the behavior of the current delivery agent has been highly unprofessional. He misbehaved with me and and my mother in law and stated that he has nothing to do with the parcel and would cancel the delivery if I did not collect it myself.

This conduct is unacceptable and not in line with Myntra’s service standards.

I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority, ensure doorstep delivery of my parcel at the earliest, and take appropriate action against the concerned delivery agent and also i am raising complaint in consumer court also against this delivery agent regarding his nonsense and arogant behaviour.

​I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order SSIC8867578733.
​I had ordered 2 cargo pants, but instead, I received a shirt and a different pair of pants. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I have tried calling your customer support multiple times, but I am unable to get through to anyone.
​Please arrange for a pickup of these incorrect items and send me the 2 cargo pants I originally ordered immediately. Alternatively, I would like a full refund, Otherwise i will take this case to consumer court
​I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.

I have been receiving messages on item pickup from Ekart but again it gets cancelled the same day by evening.No person has come to pickup the order . Team please look into the request .

Your delivery agent isn't asking me to deliver the order to my address;

He's calling me to pick up an order 5 kilometers away.

He's telling me they don't have service at the Muktai Nagar office.

He's threatening to cancel my order and telling me to do whatever I can.

And this is a problem many customers like me face.

But no one complains about it; the delivery agents are taking advantage of this.

Contact me and provide feedback on my complaint.

Otherwise, I will be forced to file a police complaint against your Ekart logistics company.

I have purchased a car dash camera from e-commerce site shopify.com on dated 02.02.2026 which order no- #D2597S amount of Rs. 1299. This order delivered by ekart at my residance. I have paid the billed amount Rs 1299 by PayTm UPI ref no- 6986XXXXXXXX on ekart. I was socked when I was opened the parcel, there was a opened box and a piece of cloth inside the packing. There was not a camera which was I purched from shopify. I have made a video before unboxing the parcel.

My order DSHC0000002013 is physically delivered but marked Undelivered. Please update status delivered ,so my installation can start.

I had ordered a bag from myntra and had shipped to nearest location. The delivery date was 23.11.25 and yet today ie, 28.12.25 the product had not been received. Atleast they are not informing about the updates.

I ordered mobile from filipkart but yet not received. Order shipped through ekart logistics actually delivery on 27th November but yet not received and not any response from ekart. All numbers of ekart are not working. My shipment n7mber is FMPP3553654624. Please deliver mobile as early as possible.

Delivery boy called me about my order and told him to drop the order at my home, he said okay. But he didn't deliver, I call him approximately 15 times nobody is responding. Very disappointing behavior. I was calling him to inform that, I cant receive the order for next two days as I am going out of station, but bcoz of delivery boy's irresponsible behavior, I cant inform him.

Delivery partner behavior is very rude and he harrsed me by calling again and again when I call back he is showing bad attitude

Today my order was scheduled for delivery (Tracking ID: SRSP695 9727180, Items: Hamilton, Victor, Honour, C…). However, when I went to receive it, I found that the delivery boy had already opened the order box without my permission. He then informed me that the package contained only 3 items, whereas I had ordered 5.

When I was coming to receive the order, I also noticed that the delivery boy was keeping a bottle of Duo in his bag. This further raised my concern about the handling of my package.

When I questioned him about why he opened the box, he started giving excuses. Due to this issue and the incomplete delivery, I had to cancel the order.

I kindly request you to either arrange a reorder of my items or process a refund at the earliest.

Also, please ensure that in future, the delivery box should not be opened by the delivery agent before handing it over to the customer, as the OTP system is meant for secure delivery.

I ordered a microphone from Flipkart with a scheduled delivery date of 28.09.2025. However, on 25.09.2025, I received a notification stating that the product would be delivered that day.

Later in the evening, while I was at the office, I received a call from the delivery agent informing me that he had arrived with the product. I requested him to deliver it to my home, and he agreed.

Surprisingly, a few minutes later, the order status was updated to “Delivered.” However, when I reached home around 7:00 PM, there was no package—nothing had been delivered to me.

I request immediate assistance in investigating this matter and either arranging the delivery of my product or initiating a refund.

service delayed issue, pathetic service

Ekart services are a scam because I received a product (Tracking id- FSNC0015549780) that I never ordered which had my details (name and address) on it regarding services I have never used. I have never used Ekart before. The delivery person took cash upon delivery from another family member for a product I never ordered from services I have never used. No idea how they got my details from services I have never used for things I never wanted. Do not fall for their scam.

This has been the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. My parcel was supposed to be delivered days ago, but no one showed up, no one called, and yet they had the audacity to mark it as “delivery attempted.” What a joke!
And to make things worse, the delivery agent blocked my number! Seriously? Instead of doing your job, you block the customer so we can’t even reach out? How unprofessional and shady is that?
I’ve filed multiple complaints, but Ekart’s customer service is completely useless. They do nothing except give false promises and automated replies. It’s been days, and I still haven’t received my parcel.
If you can’t handle logistics properly, then stop ruining people’s time and money. Sort your service out, Ekart. This is unacceptable!

I have ordered some materials from Flipkart, but the Ekart agent stole those materials and didn't hand them over to us. Looks like army of theft in E-kart services. Be Alert and Never send through Ekart.

I had ordered some equipment from Snapdeal, which was delivered by Ekart. Unfortunately, after just three days, the equipment stopped working. When I contacted Ekart using the number provided on their website to request a refund, I was told to wait for a follow-up call from their refund department.

I did receive a call from a person who claimed to be handling my refund, instructing me to follow certain procedures to have the amount credited directly to my bank account. Shortly after, I received another call from a different number with similar instructions. Regrettably, I followed their directions, resulting in a loss of Rs. 59,879 +1000 to these fraudsters.

I want to WARN everyone to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Ekart Logistics. It appears they may be passing your sensitive information to third parties who engage in fraudulent activities.

Please be careful and share this information with others to prevent further incidents.

I order a couple of curtains but at the day of delivery he said my bike broke down and give me OTP i will deliver your product tommarow. I already did payment of that order online. But till today he did not deliver our product and in Flipkart they are showing the product is already delivered
