Grievance Redressal Process

eSamadhan is an online public grievance monitoring system created by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. It allows citizens to submit grievances online, and government officials. You can lodge your complaints through these portals:

Samgr eSamadhan

  • To register your Grievance/Demand related to any organisation of Government of Himachal Pradesh, you can login and submit your application Online .
  • You also contact the Grievance Cells for handling your complaints by selecting your Grievance Department Name .

Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS)

  • To register your Grievance pertaining to Ministry/Department of Government of India/Other State Governments, you can lodge your grievance through CPGRAMS .

CM Helpline

  • You can also call 1100 to register your Grievance through CM Sewa Sankalp set up by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
