My account was recently in target with the hackers ON MY FACE BOOK AND INSTGRAM i had many times changed my password and etc but don't know how it seemed to be in their target today 20-01-2023 Instagram disabled my account for some reasons...i would like to put this that i haven't made any MISTAKE NOR INTENDED TO MAKE ANY ISSUES KINDLY GIVE MY ACCOUNT BACK HUMBLY REQUESTING ONCE AGAIN I HAVEN'T MADE ANY MISTAKE

Humbly requesting to give my account back i haven't made any mistake .. KINDLY activate my account.. humbly requesting. i have not been using Facebook for anything, i feel someone has hacked into my account and done all these posts which have violated the policy. Please help me get back my account

i am not able to login to my Facebook account. My account has been hacked. It appears that my email Id has been removed by this hacker.
Unfortunately I am not able to login using my mobile number too.
Since my email as well as mobile are not recognized I am not able to use your normal tools for recovering the account.

when I checked all my emails it appears that i was getting your regular emails till 28 december 2022.
The account seems to have been hacked on 29 december 2022

I found the following 5 emails on 29 december

Did you just add an email address ?

It appears that since I did not click on " This wasn't me"
in time that links have expired now.

My facebook page "Cricket Fans Club" is get hacked by a hacker the name of facebook sponsorship I recieved a sponsorship proposal and they ask permission to advert accounts by ads account on Facebook business manager and become owner of my page.
