On Monday 22nd August, I received a message from Facebook that a Password reset was requested and that if It wasn't me, I needed to click the link, which I did

Roughly 2 hours later I was on Facebook and a message popped up saying that my post was deleted as it was of sexual content and was not allowed. I did NOT upload any post to my page. The next minute I was suspended

I followed all the processes and completed all forms, sent a photo of my ID etc

Now the account is Disabled.

I have not received any feedback and cannot access my private or my business account.

If someone in your organisation can please check, they will see that I was not the one posting any sexual content posts as I have my private and my BUSINESS account operating on Facebook.

I have been on Facebook for years and looking at my history you will notice that I was definitely hacked.

Also I have had a promotion running on my Business account and an amount of R982.24 (South African Rands) went off my banking account, It is impossible for me to check what this amount was for as I cannot access my account.

PLEASE can someone take a look, my business is now at a complete standstill as it is no longer visible on Facebook or Instagram.

I have a complaint against the arbitrary and discriminatory policy against my Facebook post, I posted in UNMASKING CHRISTIANITY AND TRINITY and REAL TRUTH FIGHTERS groups on 25/08/2022 at 08:12 am (Indian Standard Time). As soon as my article was posted, Facebook registered a case with no 6049xxxxx and removed the same alleging that I did not followed the community standards. In connection with your action let me know the following:
(1) Which type of policy violation was found against my article?
(2) I had posted same set of identical facts in the above said groups many a time. How does a policy that didn't exist then come about now?
(3) Can you tell me where the community standard was violated in my post along with proof?
(4) If a group of individuals falsely report my post as 'community standard violated', out of personal or anti-racial reasons, what criteria does Facebook take action on?
(5) My Facebook post was in Malayalam, an Indian language which is widely used in southern parts of the country. If the post was against the community standards, it can easily be translated and find if anything untoward in the content. But Facebook never tried to find the reality.

The action of removing my post without investigating the truth immediately after receiving the complaint is highly condemnable and unjustifiable. Facebook never answered me till date. Why?
