Terrible service in India

I had notarized documents that needed to be sent from Jaipur to the United States on August 7, 2020. I took the docs to the FedEx office in the Ratan Deep building in Jaipur. They said that FedEx doesn't send legal documents or anything with a notary stamp on it. The only way they know it is notarized documents is because they package the docs. They don't just have envelopes sitting there. Can you imagine this nonsense? It is like going to a dairy and them saying they don't produce milk. Mailing documents is the most basic thing that FedEx does. I called customer service in the United States and they were shocked. They said they don't have any such restrictions for sending legal or notarized documents. But there is no way to work around the bureaucrat at the FedEx office in Jaipur so we have to figure out a different company to send the documents.

is there a something like CUSTOMER CARE ACTUALLY AT FEDEX

What kind of shitty customer care. The lines don't connect, emails are not responded. Seriously is this 2020, where in the customer care infrastructure is so pathetic. IMPROVE YOURSELF FEDEX.
