This is to inform that I was traveling from Baku to Hyderabad Via Dubai, The Flight Journey from Dubai to Hyderabad (Flight no FZ 435) on 18/04/2023 was worst experience, the air hostes who were there on board male 2 and female 2 were not at all cooperative, we were team of 16 Members traveling together, They were not serving drinking and when ever asked they said later and served drinking water only one 100 Ml packed has been given along with dinner and if we have asked extra they say it is chargeable we need to purchase. As few seats were empty and an boy has sat in empty seat which they have not allowed which was window and boy was enjoying the out side view. I have never experienced this kind of service earlier with any kind of air lines.
Note: Entertainment systems were not working.

My Self Harpreet Singh President of Indian Karate-do Federation - India ( IKF ). Every years two national championships has been arranged by our federation. We have participated in the many international level Karate championship .

Now we have been invited to participate in An International karate and Security training Seminar to be held in Belgrade - Serbia in September 2020. We have visa of Dubai for our all team members . We have also Official Invitation letter by Belgrade sports club. We have also letter of recommendation by Ministry of Youth Affairs and sports as well as selection letter of Indian federation.

We are travelling by Fly Dubai to Belgrade - Serbia . I want to know that these documents are sufficient for boarding of our team members from Dubai to Belgrade or you need any other document for boarding for Belgrade . I need your e mail also so that i can send you scan copy of all documents . Please give me your answer as soon as possible.

Last time I reached india on date 14/03/2020 , 180 days not yet completed ( 6month),

If I enter to Dubai airport from Thiruvananthapuram airport (India) through Fly Dubai flight do you need ICA Approval or not ,if ICA approval not required,I want to book ticket on 20/08/2020,
