New induction purchase but glass crack due to overheat
I had purchased one induction of latest model and I have been told that this is latest model and would give very good response however just after 15 /20 days the new induction glass got crack due to overheat as confirm by engineer but later on service manager Mr bist Dehradun city confirm that this would cost you 1900 rupees and is not covered under warranty this is very surprised and confusing that an induction which is costing approximately 3100 RS does not have warranty of 40% of cost as glass which is costing 1900 is not covered in warranty.
Also it is very surprised that in spite of so many commitment by your service manager nothing as happened as he confirm that he has written mail to his head office for discount or free replacements but head office is not responding now he is not picking up my phone and not responding anymore would request you to kindly look into it as this would bend the image of your company.
