Dear Sir/ Madam
We resident of M/s. Nityam Square, harni, Vadodara had mailed you last year in September 2019 regarding the threats given by the developers of Nityam square and also forwared the pending list of work which are still not completed.
They worked bypassing the approved drawing for their monetary gain and at the loss of flat purchaser.
The scheme is about to close date of February 2021.
Also so many work are having poor workmanship.
We need your help as due to so many incomplete work inside and also in common area, we have not generated the association of flat owners.
Also one of the developers is giving indirect threats to some residents and using abuse languages.
Kindly give us guidelines to get our rights from them.

Respected sir, my name is Prasad Alekar. Here I want to inform u that I bought one shop in a apartment in Vadodara. I paid all charges related to my shop. And all shops have been sold by builder. All shops r running now.
But so far builder has not given all shops life time maintainace charges to our shops association even after more than one year. We have given him so many reminders, but builder continuously ignoring us. Not receiving our calls. We have offered him to take legal action, but still he is not willing to give our money back. We r totally helpless. Pls help us to get our money back

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have bought a property apartment in vadodara near awaz Chowk, in dove deck 2 last year in 2018. Since then I took in subvention scheme, and I was then not eligible for loan. Builder made various options but I was not eligible. So as per builder of loan is not applicable , I am supposed to get my booking amount refunded. But they are not entertaining me, not reply , no support, no contact. I tried contacting them it's NRS builders .
I'm a lower middle class men. I have no money to Survive now. My father died few months back and now everything is on me.
Please help me with rera regulations. I need your help.
