Unable to Reach Phonebanking executives

I got transferred and lost my credit card thereafter.
While I hotlisted my card, I did not ask for an automatic replacement as I had not updated my new address. Now I am in a peculiar situation. I don't have my lost credit card no which is required for updating address in the relevant form. I am trying to reach the phonebankers but the automated service puts me in a loop which invariably points me to the bank website, which does not give an option for address change.

Cheque book problem

I have applied for Insta jumbo loan in My HDFC credit card and I do not have HDFC bank account hence it was sent by courier, The metro courier service Bangalore, and I didn't receive my DD and I complained about the issue and DD has been cancelled and re scheduled through same courier, now the courier service executive is telling that he can not deliver the DD to my billing address and customers should reach to delivery executive's location to collect the DD,

I have really v bad experience with hdfc bank loan service. My husband apply for personal loan of amount 10 lakh. Agents insist him to buy 2
insurance policies which amount were 80 thousand.approx 2and the half months has been passed. But still now we hear only 1 line from your agent, that today you definitley get your amount. They are making us fool from last 13 day. Even we are thinking that they are fraud.
