Interruption of net work frequently. net work slow. concerned incharge or technicians not responding properly, they recklessly replying. Several times phone calls made to the responsible, they not taking proper care, due to which I am suffering in receiving or sending the mails etc.,
look into the matter, take immediate steps to attend the problem and direct the concerned responsible to take care of net work and attend the faults and to see the net work should be run properly
