Complaint regarding water leakage in cistern
I have filed two complaints for leakage in concealed cistern on 31 Aug, the complaint no - BH 043994, but no one came to look into this. Again I complained on Sep 7, complaint no - BI 009732 and they assigned Mr Gursewak Singh for both the times. We called them as well and for which he promised he will come with in 72 hours, but till now no one has contacted us and came.
This is very disappointing that we are not getting proper services from Hindware, though we have got all the cisterns installed from hindware in the past and now it’s getting very inconvenient to file complaints multiple time to get resolve a small issue.
Could you please assure us when will be able to address our this issue and resolve this.
Cooktop not working
I bought Milano cooktop Ai 3B from Sunil Glass House Rupnagar on 13/7.2018 vide invoice 612.Since then it has not been working properly despite visits by your representative.I think I will have to purchase another one from some other manufacturer to get my kitchen function without any hindrance.
Pl look into the matter and do something if possible.

Poor working of Cooktop Milano Al
Dear sir, I purchased the above instrument from Ropar 13/7/18.since then it has not been working properly despite being shown to the mechanics.
I think I will have to purchase another one from some other manufacturer so that my kitchen can function without any nuisance day in and day out.

CONSEALED NOT WORKING
We purchased 2 L L C HINDWARE CONSEALED FROM BANSAL & COMPANY Chipitola AGRA With INVOICE No 833 dated 25/01/2019.
We have lodged three complaints till now dated 11/03/2019 for the reason being the cistern is getting overflowed and the system is not working properly.
Mr. Ramesh, the service supervisor has visited us every time and he has checked and adjusted the system but still the problem persists and it is not yet completely solved. Today also he came and did the same process thrice i.e. opened the cistern and adjusted the valve but still our problem is not solved. We deeply regret the decision of selecting Hindware product and we will not be making the same mistake again in future. We want the permanent solution to our problem.

I bought BenelaveS/I Bath Shower M/w Expo Pipe Rd 50181 from Kabeer Brothers, Mukhani, Haldwani on 7th Nov 2018. My invoice number is 18-19-A-3353. Mixer is defected and not working properly. I have lodged the complaint twice (AK013802 and AK027753) But, those were not being attended by your representatives properly. Mixer is still not working properly. It has come to my notice that they have provided wrong feedback to the company. Please look into the matter as it is a serious lapse in service and reflects badly to the goodwill of a reputed company which has gained the faith of generations.
