i have been pey for ac 41000 but ac not working way ?
I have already called a lots of time to customer care but i still didnt get any update when my service will be done.Hitachi is giving worst service to his customer please look forward as early as possible otherwise i have to go through consumer forum to take legal action upon hitachi

Very very pathetic response
Very very pathetic response from Hitachi.
Time and time they are absolutely not bothered about Service request.
Its very hard to get connected to customer service, after connecting they speak like Robo, not sure why they even sell things if they cant offer proper after sales, AC is new but had a repair within a year and pathetic service to resolve that. Buying such an expensive AC with such irresponsible company is the worst decision ever.

I had got this fancy refrigerator 2-3 years back , it’s stopped working did complain, one guy called Rajesh Tomar cane . He took 24000 from me stating he has to change various parts . Next day he came to my shock was fixing same old parts when I caught him he said he is changing , however he said will come back again but never came . My fridge is still not working . Need revert from Hitachi asap . Am dropping an email too .

i am very disappointed to tells that hitachi 3 door Refrigerator is worst product and hitachi sevice is very bad ...i have call so many times to costmer care but none of the person solve my Refrigerator problem and none of the any person serious about my Refrigerator problem.... Bad experience with AC services
My AC was not working.I requested for AC services.I have never seen such a poor company services.I will never recommend to buy Hitachi AC.Services are very poor.If Hitachi don't understand the client issues, soon this company will be out of market.lot of problems with hitachi split inverter ac. the ac is breaking down lot of times till today from the day we Purchased this.We have purchased problems instead of ac for our home.Never buy this hitachi ac otherwise you will waste your money..
Refrigerator complain
I have a Hitachi double door 560 litre fridge and have complained to Hitachi customer care many times as the instruction light panel is not functioning properly due to which there is lot water of droplets inside the fridge. But no response. The local repair service men do not have any knowledge about how to go about the problem and have visited three times but not able to repair. Pls help

A/C NOT BEING REPAIRED despite in AMC
All my 3 HITACHI A/Cs are in AMC. But after repeated request/mails/escalation to senior-most management for the past 3 weeks, the problems remain unsolved. For one of the A/C that was under AMC, I was charged Rs. 1200/- saying that some parts to be replaced, but NO RECEIPT was given.
One of the A/Cs is COMPLETELY NOT WORKING. I wonder WHY I bought Hitachi A/Cs and why I paid for AMC

Hitachi compressor - need some technical information
madam / sir,
I am a 70 year old retired college professor. I taught at IIT Kharagpur and specialised in the refrigeration engineering. I have a small technical question on Hitachi make scroll compressor - the oil balance system. It is not related to any purchase or servicing. It is pure science. By helping me you will not earn money, but your kindness will certainly return back to you, multiplied tenfold.
Please connect me to a person who knows much about the scroll compressors, say a typical 5 kW compressor for R410a. I would like to learn from him how the oil balance system works, why we put less oil for a model with oil balance piping and things like that. Please help

Very Bad experience with Hitachi AC services
Hi,
My AC was not working and displaying E1 error. I requested for AC services. Hitachi engineer investigate and refill the gas in AC. After this hardly it worked for 30 minutes and again I called at customer care. Next time engineer visited he told me to change the display and cost is 3000.
Again I have call from Hitachi they told have to pay more 3000 more, then I asked to refund my gass filling charge because you have fixed the fault that was not actually a faulty. After continue discussion after one week they agree to adjust 2250 Rs of gass filling charges , but have to change the 2 display items 3000 each and total 6000, and this statement is without investigating the issue again.
I have never seen such a poor company services.. guys are killing there brand name .
I will never recommend to buy Hitachi AC .. as services are very poor.. engineers are not knowledgeable.
All team is trying to defend each other instead of fixing client issue.
If Hitachi don't understand the client issues, soon this company will be out of market.
Horrible experience with Hitachi AC
Astonishing to learn that such a giant does not have an active landline number which is working and be attended to.. This was my most horrendous experience with a home appliance company which seems to me one of the best in the industry. I have been trying to Gert in touch with there customer service of there Hitachi unfortunately without any success. This kind of careless behaviour toward the customer will surely through you out of the country very soon.
