मेरे नाम जुली कुमारी है मैं मुजफ्फरपुर बिहार से हूं. मेरा LPG HP GAS का कनेक्शन रमेश hp गैस एजेंसी मुजफ्फरपुर बिहार में हैं. मेरा कंज्यूमर no:-609981 है . में 17 अक्टूबर 2025 को गैस रिफिलिंग बुक की थी. लेकिन आज तक मुझे गैस नहीं मिला.8-10दिन पहले रमेश hp गैस एजेंसी गये तो बोले 1- 2 दिन में गैस डिलीवरी करवा देंगे.लेकिन गैस देने कोई नहीं आए और मेरे कंप्लेन पर बताएगा गया 4 नवंबर को आपको डिलीवरी कर दिया गया. लेकिन मुझे गैस नहीं मिला हैं.हर बार का एक ही प्रॉब्लम है . गैस रिफिलिंग बुक करते है लेकिन टाइम पे नहीं मिलता हैं.

*जब हम वेंडर को गैस नाप कर बोलते है देने तो गैस वेंडर बोलते है मेरे पास नापने वाला नहीं है. हर बार मुझे गैस कम मिलता हैं.जब हम वेंडर को बोलते है मैं कंप्लेन करूंगी तो उनके तरफ से जवाब आता है.कर दो तुमको गैस भी नहीं देंगे और मेरा कोई कुछ नहीं करेगा ...*

I am to state that on 29/10/19 on my mobile I booked my HP gas cylinder (vide OTP No. 9094) . On 30/10/2019 I received messege of delevery of gas for Rs.618.50.But till evening the ceylender not received. I made contact to Parnam gas for not supplying the ceylender, they replied to waite.On 1/11/2019 they supplied the ceylender, and asked for Rs 696/ against 618.50. On asking they said that rates of gas have hiked. They charged excess of Rs 81.50 without providing me Cash memo.When I insisted for cash memo they said that we have no cash memo.

exact same story happened with me, I think its big racket. they do it purposefully. month end dont deliver refill and wait for prise to go up and they brings the Refill. but atleast they should follow Booking confirmation amount and SMS. people are paying money just whatever these guys are asking for may be due to need as without gas - food cant be cooked. hope it will get address by some one relevent focal here if not I wll go consumer court any way.

I am a proud customer of HP Gas for last 8 to 9 Years having 2 Cylinders. I always got the proper service from HP team since purchase and recommended to others also.

I was residing at Naigaon East and had dealer distributor (Location 1) but now I shifted to Kandivali East and wanted to change my distributor location also to (Location 2).

As per attached all the images nowhere is mentioned that I have only 1 Cylinder.

After taking transferred letter from (Location 1) when I came to (Location 2) to submit my required documents, staff over there told me that in all the documents 2 Cylinders is mentioned and in their system also deposit amount mentioned for 2 Cylinders but per the system I’ve only 1 Cylinder so I’ve to visit again to (Location 1) for that changes in the system. Even Kandivali staffs don’t know their own company centralized customer care number also.

Now you tell me that I don’t have access to check the HP Staff’s system and since in papers nowhere is mentioned that I have only 1 Cylinder so how I can come to know about that.

Even for a private job working person it’s hardly to get time to visit between 2 distributors which distance is approx 18 Kms .

This is official and soft mail to do the required changes from 1 Cylinder to 2 Cylinders without running here and there.

Agency poor service

Sir,
My consumer number is 624463 and gas agency is N.K kooking gas agencey, Bhagalpur, Bihar. I have booked my gas cylinder 17 days ago I.e. on 1/1/19. But many days passed away gas agency has not yet delivered the filled cylinder and after several thousand times I have phoned but they didn't respond to me. When I went to agency to enquired about the status of delivery they said your payment is not success in our software so i can't help you, actually they has always been helpless for their poor customers,
I request you to kindly advise gas agency to deliver my filled cylinder urgently.

I have been transferred to Belgaum from MYSORE
I approached Akash gas agency in Belgaum to get gas. The agency is insisting many documents which are not required on transfer
The following documents he insisted
1. Bank pass book
Rental agreement
Adhar card
Electricity bill
Kyc documents
and told that his person will verify the my new address and he told 3 to 4 days for for issue of gas after completing all formalities
This is the first time I am facing this problem in 24 years as I have been using hp gas since 1996
Pl help me in this regard and give proper instructions to gas distributors

with due respect, My consumer number is xxx176 and our gas agency is New Gas Co. Nawabazar Srinagar, Kashmir i have registered complaint vide No.xxxx650 in the grievance cell of HP, in response to the complaint, the dealer made me only 4 subsidies out of 18 subsidies, but now again the issue is that twice i paid Rs. 850 per cylinder as the dealer asked... the same is happening with my neighbors as well, i have collected the evidence.. so, it is my humble request to look into the matter humanitarian basis at an earliest.

My consumer number is 609421and our gas agency is Baladevjew gas agencey . I have booked my gas cylinder 11 days ago I.e. on 13/6/18 and my booking number is 565066 . But so far gas agency has not yet delivered the filled cylinder to me. When I enquired about the the status of delivery on 21/6/2018, revised booking number was given as 565066 .
I request you to kindly advise gas agency to deliver my filled cylinder urgently.

Now it is transfered to Gulbarga HP GAS Agency kalaburgi no 603389 without my consent/without my knowledge resulting very inconvenience to me and also which is 8kms away. I am a senior citizen facing very difficult to reach that agency. Therefore L request to transfer back to kichen needs and oblige. Thank you.

सर मेरा कंजूमर नंबर 600 681 है गैस की सब्सिडी लखनऊ क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक में जा रही थी उसके बाद हौसला पोषण मिशन के तहत जॉइंट अकाउंट खुला पंजाब नेशनल बैंक में उस में जाने लगी लेकिन प्रधान के द्वारा हस्ताक्षर ना किए जाने पर हमने उसमें से अपनी आधार को निकलवा लिया अब हम चाहते हैं कि हमारी गैस की सब्सिडी जो कि हमारा नया अकाउंट इलाहाबाद बैंक शाखा लक्ष्मण नगर श्रावस्ती में खुला है वहां पर आधार भी लगा है उसमें जाए कृपया कुछ उपाय बताएं इसके लिए धन्यवाद

I have booked one refill on 2/5/18 and I received a message that I can pay online so I did that my money was deducted and I didn’t receive any message so I contacted citrus through which transaction was done. They are saying that transaction was successful but still I have paid the cash amount of 642 again to the delivery boy. So my online transaction money has also been deducted and cash also taken. No phone is reachable to address the customer care.
