Unresponsive and lethargic IFB

Dear Customer Service Team,Greetings.My IFB washing machine TL SDG 7.0kg (Serial Number: xxxxxxxx) has some faults.I booked the service and got ticket number xxxxxxxxx on xx.xx.xx24 through SMS.On the same day, one of the technicians Mr.Deepan Raj (Contact Number:xxxxxxxxxx) from Vridhachalam visited my house.After a thorough check, he concluded some spare parts (Valves) had to be replaced.Also, he mentioned that the spare parts would arrive within 7 days after payment of Rs.34xx and the replacement would happen upon receiving the parts.
On his demand, I transferred the amount Rs.34xx to the gpay number he mentioned and received a so-called bill (Attached)From that point until now (Even after a month) I did not get any calls from anyone (IFB).In fact, NO response to my calls either.

This is the first time I have seen such a reputed industry associated with these kinds of lethargic and unresponsive people.

I have purchased the IFB machine 4 years back and I got problem with the machine were my warranty is over by this month 12th Friday as the IFB person checked the machine and told that for your machine we can't provide the clam u have to pay all the charges incrade on your machine.which is estimated Rs 6000. So I think this loss to me and the delar told that this company policy.

By all this conversation I think that we should not buy your costly product. This is my second IFB machine were I facing problems.

I am facing problem with your product. I purchased this in Jan 2019, since than it is third time my machine has broken down. This is second time with the same error code "door". I have bought IFB AC 1.5 ton from satya agency in Dharmapuri district last one month ago...but now AC is not working E0 or C0....error...keeps coming......Regarding Satya in Dharmapuri district After 15 days in the agency showroom I have complained to the manager Ram in person and called him many times...and IFB service center- many times they have not found anything yet...is your work ending with selling the products??? Do we have to approach the service center only if there is any problem with the products purchased by the customers???? Who should we contact if no one picks up the phone at the service center??? We purchased IFB washing machine from Flipkart on 25 Oct 2023 with Order No. OD32948092108988xxx. Once we started using it for first time, we found out that its making lot of noise and its dryer is not working. Despite of several calls your technician is not responding and informing that the task will be completed today on every day. This is happening since 3 to 4 days unless attend the complaints. IFb service engineer came to our house today and put eco Cristal water softener in the washing machine and billed Rs 1850 for it but the same product is available online for just Rs 850 so why are you charging so much?

Water Leakage on every wash

I am writing this mail to complain about my washing machine. It has been making Water Leakage on every wash , also its stop in between with error codes not working properly since we bought it 11 months ago, machine was purchased on 21st December 2021through amazon machine got installed on 23rd December 2021, after 4 days it was not working & water leakage found immediately we have called the installed person he visited and said that We need to put Stabilizer , Water softener etc even purchasing recommended products , it keeps leakage frequently after 10 days we have requested to replace the machine even technician recommended to share the video when issue found, but we been calling technician they will come & rectify and say no problem, so we cant keep complaining on weekly basis on the same , machine bought the purpose is we are working professional and elder parents at home , we request you & I would appreciate it if you could send me a replacement machine asap.

Note :- Purchase invoice & video attached for your reference. Incase if we don't get Machine replacement in a weeks time by forcely we will Seek Consumer court help for Settling the Issue.

ON THE COMPANY SIDE, ITS REGIONAL OFFICES ALSO NOT GIVING PROPER ANSWER TO WHEN DELIVER THE PRODUCT OR WHEN WILL THEY RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
I SUGGEST TO DO NOT DO ITS AMC AND AS THERE IS SERVICE ISSUE, TRY TO OTHER COMPANIES SIMILAR PRODUCT, WHERE SERVICES ARE BETTER.

Regarding delivery of used product and lack of knowledge with ru

I have purchased Neptune Ultra Dishwasher from IFB Point, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 on dated 24th July 2021. And dishwasher has delivered on dated 28th July 2021. But he has delivered me Ultra Dishwasher in the box of VX Plus with loose packing. When I raise the issue to IFB Point in-charge Mr Rohit Latwal then immediately dishwasher has taken back. Then I have contact with sales head Mr. Kunal Kapoor for resolution of my problem. Then he has given resolution that either you must take same machine, or you must take money back. Then I was decided to go to consumer forum with this issue. But before that I decided once I must call to Calcutta office. There I was discuss with Sushila Chakravarti and she had shared me the mobile no of Mr. Pradip Nair. Then I had discussed him and explained about my issue as well as I try to convince that at which level, I am trusting on IFB brand and since when I am using this brand and how I am convincing to others also for this brand. Then he promised me I will give you good solution without breaking your trust on IFB. Thanks to Mr. Pradip Nair and finally I have received genuine box pack machine on dated 4th August 2021.
After that second issue started from here. After receiving the Dishwasher, I was informed to IFB service centre “Taashi Enterprises” for demo. On that day Mr. Prahlad has came and unboxing the dishwasher and then he said that for demo, detergent is required, and we don’t have so unable to give demo. Then again, I called to service centre then Mr. Amar Singh came for demo on dated 6th August 2021. After came at my home his first question is that will you buy water filter? My reply was NO. Then he asked will you buy stand. My answer was at present No, later I will decide, and I also reply to him that what will be necessary to give the demo only I need that. Then his behaviour has converted in Rude behaviour. Then without explaining anything to us he started to fill salt in dishwasher. He doesn’t explain that this is necessary or not. Either we can fill partially or full. Without explaining anything he poured the water in salt. Same thing he has done with Autodish liquid. Then he started the machine, touch, drag down, shown the wash program and DEMO has finished. When I asked some question, he doesn’t reply properly. His mind is focused only on scanning of machine number on Dishwasher. So, in single line we can say that he was not a technician, he was purely salesperson of IFB accessories. He doesn’t know anything about demo of dishwasher. I am totally unhappy with this person and trying to take help of “YouTube” for operating the machine. Later, I found so many reviews at different location that after sales, service is very poor of IFB
Summery – Those reading my massage other than IFB person, my suggestion is that IFB product is undaughterly one of the best products in Indian market. But please take care at every step.

Well I am very disappointed

Well I am very disappointed to inform you that your AC services are very bad. Before 1 year ago,I bought 3 AC in starting they were going well but after some time they stop working,when I called to service agents they told me that whomever install these AC they made the fault at the time of installing. This is not our fault and telling us that the agent, who installed this, has been changed . Well this is not good at all we won't expect this silly excuses from this great company.

Frequent outage of my IFB Make washing machine

I purchased IFB WM Executive plus Vx vide Invoice no.17/4479 on 03-11-2017 from M/s Aditya Vision Ltd, Begusarai, Bihar. The IFB WM has been giving regular & frequent trouble since beginning leading to our of order for quite sometime. IFB Services are absolutely poor and WM product is trouble making. This is my 2nd IFB WM; after such a worst experience I shall not buy IFB product further and advise everyone to re-think before buying IFB washing machine.

At the moment my WM is out if order for more than couple of week, but technician are working with guess to rectify still problem persists. Yesterday servicing technicians attended, however failed to fix the problem. WM is still out of use.

Further, When I contacted IFB service agency, they have been committing to reach however even after 37 calls, yet to report. When I contacted to M/s Aditya Vision, he advised to call some IFB senior person, as to my utter surprise they are also facing poor service issue …..what a frustrating situation for customers

Hello IFB Team,
With huge frustration, i am forced to write this email, after several follow up for last 20+ days.
I am customer of IFB for last 20 years (Proud owner ?? is a question now) and the the trust i had earlier with IFB is fading day by day. I used to promote IFB to my friends and relatives and can say that i have help them (& IFB) to be a owner of IFB.

Coming to the point, I have a Executive Plus washing machine, which worked very well for last several years and i am very happy and fan of this machine. I still have a AMC for this machine, which is valid until Oct 2020. attached the copy of it.
Recently, last 20-25, days it is not working as the timer gone bad. I had raised and complaint and the service person did appear to check this. He said that the machine is not is production now and the spare part would not be available.. He said he will check and come back.. After that i call multiple times to check when i will get the timer.
Finally, i realized that the part may not be available as it is old, and i decided to exchange this machine with new one. I called CCC requested for exchange offer, they committed to support me and told me that i would be eligible for 25% discount for a new IFB machine with exchange (One of your service team did committed me 35% but later changed to 25% . I have whats-app exchange , which i am sharing for your reference). Later i was told that the machine (Elena Aqua VX - with electromechanical timer) which i was looking is discontinued. Hence i requested for NeoDiva VX model or any other model which is readily available and can be shipped/installed immediately.

I have been calling customer care center everyday for last 20+ days to get me this machine and repeating with same explanation very single day (some days i have called more than 2-3 time) ... You can check you records. Every time i get a new ticket and later come to know that it is cancelled. I would get commitment that , i will a call form sales team on the day or within 24 hrs , but that day never came..
I also spoke to couple of your CCC supervisors and they promised to support me.. but they were no different from other..

In this pandemic time, when we are cut off to whole whole and managing on ourselves without any maid support system, breakdown of washing is a huge problem. I am being patient for more than 20 days now, but i am loosing my patience..

I found this as a last option to explain my concern with very less hope that i will get an answer, knowing how the system with IFB works.. But i do want to raise it before making up my mind to escalate it further or find alternate approach to hear me out and get serviced.

Pathetic Service. I paid for AMC 2 months back but the washing machine is not yet repaired. The service guy gives excuses every time saying products are not available. He has stopped responding to calls now. The other day when I called him with another no he picked up the phone.He was taken by surprise and said he will fix the machine in one day but has not come to my house since 4/5 days.. These guys are so unprofessional. A real bad service by IFB. Does not suit a brand like u. No wonder u will loose ur market very soon. The toll free numbers are also useless. Really disappointing

Complain Against IFB Customer Care Team

We have taken IFB Dishwasher Model No : NEPTUNE VX from one of the IFB shop in Delhi.
After use of IFB Dishwasher Model No : NEPTUNE VX for 3 years, when problem came in Dishwasher Error Code F5.
We registered a complain with IFB customer care and then we came to know how the branded company like IFB service support do the harassment of customers. Even after more than 1000 times calls and complains to all level possible except court case against IFB nothing done by IFB service support team. Even after charging annual maintenance charges IFB is just least bothered about customers.

I strongly feel that IFB is a company who is least bothered about customers after selling products.

All Customers must be remain very careful before buying products from IFB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any problem with product and if you need IFB service support then IFB service team puts you in big harassment of customers. Even after more than 1000 times calls and complains to all level possible except court case against IFB nothing done by IFB service

I m ur existing customer name sanjeev wadhwa from zirakpur i have purchased ifb washing and microwave since 7year back and i do amc anual maintenance contract every year but now i m facing a big problem from ur executive sandeep balti mobile no he is trying to do froud with my wife when he is coming to drop my washing machine after repairing he ask to my wife give me 250rs for some liquid bottel and my wife pay form the same and when my wife want to ask for the bill he denied and said some excuse and my wife said its ok but after that when he is leave from my house he call my wife after 15 to 20 min and ask 450rs more to pay for fair of washing machine pik and drop charges but we know in AMC no charges have to pay for this my wife ask him i will talk to ur senior then he cut the phone and one more thing is that when i will check the liquid botel it is expired he sold me this bottel i file a case against ur company or this guy sandeep plz u suggest me other wise i will take my action.

Heavy water leakage from back inspection cover

I purchased a IFB Top load washing machine 7.0kg Aqua model on 14Dec2019 from Ashoka trading Co, Sector 16, Faridabad

The installation done on same day at 7.30pm.
Only functional check done by running in spin mode.
After that, In front of installation engineer, we put some cloths and installation engineer started the machine in smart sense mode.
Washing mode not started for long time, then we found continuous water leakage from backside inspection cover.
Requesting IFB to provide Replacement of machine.

Regarding non functioning of IFB washing machine and IFB Chimney

We have bought a IFB washing machine and IFB Chimney in November 2014 and 2018 respectively.
It is to tell you that these machines are not working from some time as these are used for industrial use it is requested you to please assign a service engineer so that the machine may be checked to solve our problem.

Non resolution of my complaint relating to top loaded washing ma

I am a senior citizen and have been using washing machine for the last 35 to 40 years when Ifb was not there in the market.3 years back I thought to go for a latest/best model of washing machine so that ican use it without any problem after my retirement.Our lacal dealer M/s Kalinga sales, Bhubaneswar suggested the latest technology best international brand IFB WM TL65RCG toploading machine.The company representative who was also there suggested the same and advised to go for additional warranty to get the best service without any tension.I purchased the machine and paid more for addional warranty.Few months back the machine did not work and only DOOR was displayed. When company technician was called he advised not to use detergent powder and only to use IFB liquid soap for functioning of the machine.Accordingly i purchased 2 bottles liquid from him and used in machine. After few days same problem continued and the company technician changed some part and assured that problem is resolved.There after intermittently the same problem occured automatically the machine works.Now from 28 th Oct it is not working and only DOOR is being displayed in it's panel.A complaint was lodged at local service station on 29 th who raised there hands and advised to contact customer care there after did not pick up phone.Cutomer care people assured to send a senior technician on 29th with in 24 hours. No body has yet contacted me despite repeated reminders on 30 th 31th and 1st.All india escalation chief at Delhi who was contacted through customer care at 9.45am today assured to talk the local people here at Bhubaneswar and senior technician will contact me between 10.45 to 11 am today.I have not yet been contacted by any one. I don't know whether my problem will be resolved permanently or not. If the company can not provide service or resolve the problem relating to there products and the company personnel avoids to pick up phone what the poor consumer will do? In such situation whether the company will be allowed to again sale such defective products products to dupe innocent persons like us ? And their responsibility ceases only selling their products?

I Have bought this "IFB DISHWASHER NEPTUNE VX" IT has been more than 1nd half year, I am filing a complain regarding it because from the very first day this product is not working properly first of all they don't send their engineers nd when we continuously calling them for repairing it , they send thei engineer each time when he come's he change some parts and assure that problem won't occur again , if it still occur we will replace you the product. But it has been more than 1nd half year this product is not working properly we are filing again and again even we have discussed our problem with their senior from passed 1&half year regularly they keep on assigning a new engineer and even twice we have send this product to service centre for repairing still its not working proerly and its their wordings only every time when they send a new engineer "MAM please its for the last time let us repair , we will change some part and then it will work fine and even this time it won't be working adequately we will replace your product just last time let us try" and still its not working properly and its been 6thr 7th time when they are telling this to us basically they are just passing the time... and now when we finally got pissed off and yelled at them so THEIR HEAD MR. ABHAY "He said Mam we won't replace your product do whatever you can do." So, i am warning you guys don't buy any IFB product because how i am facing such problem from passed 1&half year, you can also suffer, Worst company Worst engineer's ,Worst service and Even their Senior's are not concerned with customer issue's..

Worst Service Inspite of Highest Price

I have raised a Docket 3 months ago for faulty Front Load Washing Machine
The washing Machine is used by my Ill Sister in Law.
In last 3 months automatically Dockets are been closed and New opened just to kill time.
More than 4 times your Service Engineer had visited promising fast resolution but for my amusement they do not not from where to copy the Model Number as from IFB office we are asked for the same.
Still wrong Mesh comes to our house and the call closed.
This happen 3 times and every time I was promised next day for which I has to take leave from office as nobody was there to attend.
Finally after missing MULTIPLE deadlines the Mesh arrives and the EXPERT this time broke the FILTER and hey this time I was not there and my Bed ridden Sister in Law was the only person present.
Since then I have been trying to communicate again and again each time next day is been advised.
Now the Machine is DEAD.
Hope this is not the reason we went for brand and had the Expensive one.
PATHETIC.
Promise this is last of IFB from my entire Family , Friends and whoever I know.

My dishwasher is non functioning from 30th August 2018, I had raised a complain on that very day and also asked the customer executive to treat this as urgent so that I would get the service by 2 days. I personally called up the service center (one and only The SMART Appliances) but could not reach them as usual, they deliberately never picked up calls and then called up the technician Mr Deepak Saha , fortunately I have his number who is very supportive but he was out of station that time.

I called up customer care for uncountable number of times and the service center too. Finally on 15th of September 2018, the technician Mr Mrinmoy came to investigate the problem who is also a very good person and identified the parts which had damaged and needs to be replaced.
On 13th October 2018, I spoke to the escalation team too for several times but nothing happened. For the same problem I had to raise multiple complains as the previous complain deliberately cancelled by the Service center every time and customer executive could not reopen the unresolved complain. So I had to inform them and they opened a new complain. My dishwasher is under AMC. Is that normal resolution time for IFB product? I had several other band products but never faced this kind of problem ever yet.

I got a call from service center the one and only SMART APPLIANCES, on 26th September and the lady who called me asked me not to escalate this issue any more as they are going to resolve this issue very soon, then when I asked her about the date then she was behaving like as I am working and unable to take the service on weekdays that's why they are unable to resolve the problem. After asking her about the date she confirmed me that would definitely resolve the issue by 6th of October, but again the same thing happened on 4th of October the complaint got cancelled with some invalid reason and on 5th of October I got a call from the same service center, this time Mr Biswajit (unprofessional and hypocrite) called me and informed me that the spare parts are unavailable with IFB, so won't do anything.

After 1.5 months I got to know that the spare parts were unavailable with the IFB. Why IFB is selling products without manufacturing the spare parts?
I would have thrown this product away if the price of the product is low. The programming logic is also not standard. If it faced any error during the program cycle, the same program cycle had to run from the beginning there is no memory to store the state of the last program where it was stopped.
If this is not resolved I will not hesitate to bring this to the consumer forum soon.

Washing machine not working

Worst machine I have ever seen. Works only when warranty is there. I have been facing the same problem since 3 years but no one have solved this issue. I don't understand whether the service man knows about the machine or not. Just they repair automatically and it works only for 1 day. They replaced a part from my washing machine but again the same complaint araised within 1 day. And the rules of the company are worst, because for activation kg warranty they take 2 months. What should we do until then if my machine is under repair.

Sir I am gangaraju resided at Bangalore-90, my washing machine not working and I reported to your service centre many times but they are not responding properly and they came two times and collect Rs.10000 but my washing is not ready for working. Simply taking the money and repair was not proper then what is the use. We are opted for your washing machine because your machine is international standard and also service should be an international standard. Pls look into the matter and set right problem as early. I hope you resolve the problem.
