but my account have not debit last two month , if I am maintain fund available but my account have not debuted last two month .

Poor service regarding mf Dematerlisation
This is regarding carelessness of IIFL Lucknow ofc.i am aditya Agarwal a client(Adiagar7) of iifl Lucknow.I have started SIP of a mutual fund scheme via iifl.I asked them for Dematerlisation.I have been following them since last 3 month..infact i have taken print and signed the Dematerlisation form two time.Each time i call them to know the status..they say sir form got rejected
.They are such irresponsible that they even dont care to check the status..i have to remind them and ask them to chk the status.I even tried to call branch manager Shailendra.. each time he gives same answer that he will ask Bhupendra/Ranjeet and will take necessary action against them for neglegence.Such a poor service these guys are giving to client..i think mr Shailendra have no control on his employees.Every time they give some excuses for rejection..and ask me to again take the print of form and give it to them..they even dont have time to call and collect the form.

Regarding mishandling of money transfer after redemption of unit
Dear concern
I am very disappointed from your services I invested in kotak mutual fund through using your platform from the advice of your fund managers but after redemption of unit l am not received money after 12 days I contacted kotak customer care but he is not responding properly.Right now I am feeling cheated to used your platform,plz guide what should I do for getting money.
