I am a customer of Indian Bank Indiranagar Branch Lucknow using Master Card (Debit Card) since July 2018. But every time any transaction cancelled using Debit Card, and I am to receive the refund, The amount normally does not show credit in my account, and I have pursue the Bank for the credit. Is this due to the Card I am using. I am looking for a solution so that it does not happen again.

I took personal from your bank from Thiruporor Branch through my office and loan payment done dedication of my salary on 1st of every month. My son Harikrishna , had purchased and returned a mobile . Flipkart has refunded the same in March 2019 itself ,it is yet to be credited to his account. He has the account in Taramani , Velachery Branch.

No proper response from the customer care service

Sorry to say but the Indian bank customer service is the WORST TYPE I have seen and known. These people are least bothered about the customers. I have been trying to talk to the service executive but the call is continuously busy since an hour and a half and m continuously on the call. Really irritated. Useless customer service till date.
