sir iam a student and i had reserved three tickets from H.NIZZAMUDDIN to HARPALPUR from the u.p sampark kranti train .but when i did the transaction than the transaction in the time of pay got error and idid the transaction two time more than i got pay the amount but igot that the amount from my account had been deducted two times more.that means the of that journey is 707 rs but the amount which deducted in my account is 2121rs it means 1414rs more had been deducted so please refund my left amuont.as quick as possible.

i am registered in irctc just now......i got my mobile registration code is Rij587..but i did not my mobile verification to irctc.... because network is failed. i did not received me irctc password on my Email Id ....pls help me......thank you in advance

Today 18 May, I booked a ticket for 7june from LOKMANYATILAK TO SANTRAGACHI(JN). Using my HDFC bank netbanking. While transaction i recieved a transaction failed error and found the amount has been deducted from mine account but the ticket was not booked. Please refund my amount..

I have booked a e - ticket through irctc.co.in , for New Delhi, form - New Delhi (NDLS) to Beas (BEAS) with a date of journey 23/05/2012, The total fare of Rs - 976+20 has been deducted from my bank account, but no ticket was shown ( Transaction Failed ) in booked history. Payment is deducted from my Bank Acount. So kindly credit the amount back in my account. The statement showing deduction of description through: irctc kindly give me credit back to my saving account. and one more ticket i have booked on 12-05-2012 New Delhi To Allahabad, with a date of Journey 01-06-2012 the total fare of rs 277+20 has been deducted from my bank account and ticket was booked then i have cancel my ticket and my money has been not refunded pls credit my account.

This is happening every time when trying to book tickets through irctc website. The page always shows Service not available and is not being useful when required... We are Unable to book even tatkal tickets because by the time the page gets loaded the tickets status is reached to Waiting List. This is happening every time while trying to book the ticket.

What is the use of such website which is failing to provide proper access to the online booking users to book the tickets. Is it only useful to book the tickets 2 or 3 months prior to get a confirmed ticket???? This is the same issue since more than 2 years and becoming worse day by day.

Are any necessary steps taken to balance the load on server or no action is taken?

I have booked a ticket through irctc.co.in between 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm on 18/4/2012 for shirdi(kopargaon) for date of journey 25/07/2012, with the name of 2 passengers, through SBI Netbanking/HDFC credit card/Citi Bank credit card. I tried 5 times but ticket didn't booked. To my worse is when I saw the failed transaction section in my account, it displayed 5 such transactions. The total fare deducted is 822 (4 times- hdfc/citi) & 2134 (sbi), but no ticket was shown in booked history. Payment is deducted from my bank. So kindly credit the amount back in my account.

i have booked tickets from new delhi to chennai for 1 may 12..i booked the ticket on 20 th of march..and its a 2A ticket for 4 member..when i booked it its waiting 12,13,14,15 and now its RAC 1,2,3,4..
when i checked the status on www.indianrail.gov.in, its displaying that 'Pending Amount due to Fare increase = Rs.1330' ... so where can i pay this amount?
and if we don't pay the amount now, will the ticket get confirmed?
in irctc.co.in it's not showing any pending amount as such...
can we pay the amount on the day we board?
