I was trying to reschedule my flight but no responce by ixigo many times..
Then cancel my flight but not cancelled but scheduled via Mumbai..
Then before two days cancelled due to corona..

After that my cancellation initiated and refund zero balance..
It is actually fraud case..
I discuss it by my lawyer, if ixigo not resolved my issue I will take legal action.
