Main AP ke app se (ixigo) 14/09/2018 KO train ke ticket baniys lekin NA mere ticket bane or NA hi money refund Huma. Agar 20/09/2018 tak money re funds a to labour court ka rukh apenana hoga.

On Sep11 searching for offers in Ixigo they were showing the flights discounts, wn I tried to book the tickets,it directed me to cleartrip. Wn I selected the dates and flights, and wn I was doing the payment automatically the flights changed and given me a lesser price. I booked the tickets thinking that ixigo points they given me the discounts with the showing flights.
After booking the flights they told they can change the flights, today Sep12 they called and they told me they can't do any changes, is the right customer care, they used to tell me wait for 1min they will revert back after 15 mins is this the right customer care. So pls think before you book in ixigo and cleartrip
