I have given a complaint No.R20F03KOL00340014on 03/06/2020 regarding water overflow of cistern (FSD02) in my toilet at customer care.
But unfortunately till date nobody attended to meet my complaint.
I have been trying your customer care for the last 2 days. Nobody is answering so far..
Now I want to know when can I expect your technician to attend the problem., it is very embarrassing that water is overflowing till date.
Please look into it and let me know when I could expect your technician to solve it.
My bathroom is fitted with your all latest Jaquar equipment as advised by your technical person (engaged by my contractor) two years back, I am not willing to engage other technicians other than Jaquar ,
My earnest request to solve the problem as soon as possible,

spontaneous breakage of WC

During the construction of my new house I bought four WC in June 2018. The WC fitted in my main toile had a cracking sound while using and I noticed a linear crack in the posterior part of the WC close to the wall. I have informed the matter to the local dealer ,and the next day two persons from the local service inspected the WC and had taken some photos and send to some other center . Two days later I had a call from Cochin ,stating that it is from jaguar service and had some preliminary enquiry. Now it is almost completing three weeks,and I have not yet received any information from your office ,the product I purchased ,considering your credibility remains idle and useless.

Dear jaguar care team , i purchased jaguar hand shower from rudraksh sales & service in jabalpur madhya pradesh on 3/2/19 i gave that shower in your service center for repairing , too many times i talk with your service staff for reporting of that item they said that when it get repair they will contact us but today 31/7/19 when i call your service center for reporting they says that they already replaced with new one and gave in my office but i didnt receive that product and when i asked your service staff show my receiving papers or any of my signature he has no receiving paper or my signature or anything , i am very diappointed with your service , kindly slove this issue as soon as possible .
