Number is not working.
None of your helpline numbers are working. No body is picking up calls, Punjab Roadways has the pathetic and most costly bus services in the entire country. Please be responsive, you guys don't pick up calls, such bad management. Highly disappointed.

I do not know how this Govt bodies like Punjab Roadways or PRTYC survive.. I need to ask the time table of Jalandhar to Hamirpur Bus. So I got one number of Jalandhar Inquiry online. it was 0181-2223755. I tried it so many times and it comes busy continuously.. These govt bodies are for serving the people but they think they are doing a favor on public. Punjab Roadways does not have any one person who can pick the call at inquiry so that people feel comfort. They just went on their duties for chit chat and for tea as well. nothing else.. Shame on you.. thats why govt sector are not in proft and govt trying to make it private.

Fraudulent charging of parking fee at ISBT Jalandhar

I went to ISBT Jalandhar on 14/5/2019 i.e. today, to drop one of my relative in my car. Adda
Parking conductor issued me check-in slip without charges imprint. I just dropped the relative and moved to checkout. I asked for charges if any. He replied Rs.20/-. I paid him Rs.20/- and asked him to issue me payment slip. He annoyingly argued and misbehaved and issued me slip of with imprint of Rs. 24/-. When I asked him why it is Rs. 24 now, instead of Rs. 20 as he asked me to pay earlier, he replied since you asked for bill so here is the bill you need to pay. And further immediately pay n leave. I was surprised at this gesture. I paid rs.24/- annoyingly and left. I checked the slip again after returning home and it was to my utter surprise that it was issued with another vehicle bearing no. 6856 cash/bill no. 000862.
It is worth to point out here that there is no sign board indicating parking charges to be paid.
As such it is humbly requested to kindly enquire and stop this menace.
