Level 1:

• If you have not you are not satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 1 you can escalate the issue to the Grievance Redressal Officer at the details given below:

Level 3:

• If you have not received the resolution or you are not satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 2 you can escalate your issue further to the Appellate Authority at the details given below:

• You will receive the resolution within 7 working days.

Level 4:

• If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided at above Level, then you can lodge your complaint online through Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) Portal .
• If you not received the resolution within 2 weeks, then the company have treated your complaint/request as closed.
