No information about bus change

I am travelling weekly from Munnar to trivandrum regularly.Nowerdays when we book swift bus especially in night 9.PM they will issue KSRTC SF instead of Swift super fast bus. We are booking online seat for comfortable transportation. After the change of Bus the seat number will also change. If we book the side seat we will get another seat which we don't want because of the change of Bus.This is happening regularly now. So we are planning for alternative option for travelling. Kindly resolve this bus changing issue atleast give us message if the swift bus is not available

മൂവാറ്റുപുഴ വൈറ്റില ഓർഡിനറി ട്രാൻസ്പോർട്ട് ബസ്സ് സമയം ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് യാതൊരു ഉപകാരവും ഇല്ലാത്ത രീതിയിലാണ് ക്രമീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു ഒരു ബസ് പോയിക്കഴി ഏകദേശം 15 - 20 മിനിറ്റ് കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് അടുത്ത ഓർഡിനറി ബസ് വരുന്നത് പക്ഷേ ഈ വരുന്ന അടുത്ത ബസ്സിന്റെ കൂടെ ഒന്നല്ലെങ്കിൽ രണ്ട് ഓർഡിനറി ബസ്സും കൂടിയായിരിക്കും മിക്ക സമയങ്ങളിലും വരുന്നത് തിരിച്ച് വൈറ്റിലയിൽ നിന്ന് മൂവാറ്റുപുഴയ്ക്ക് വരുന്നതും ഇങ്ങനെയൊക്കെ തന്നെയാണ് ഏകദേശം ഇതിനെതിരെ ഒരു നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കണം എന്ന് അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു

Bus conductoRegarding bus conductor misbehaving with passengerr

I am a person who traveled from Perumbavoor to Muvattupuzha by RPE 950/ KL 15 A 961 bus on 07.07.2022 at 8.30.pm. The conductor of this bus told the passengers that if they don't have coin, they will stop travelling. and he told they left Wayanad in the morning, and they spoke badly to the passenger who asked if there was an order to stop the bus if requested at night. While most of the employees treat the passengers very politely, employees like this are driving the passengers away from KSRTC.

Not operating bus schedules

I am a working woman who travels daily from andipillikavu bus stop (in kodungallur paravur route)to kollickal (piravom -koothattukulam via anchelpetty). There's no direct bus .so I used to d- board at vyttila hub . But there's no ksrtc towards vyttila during 8am to 8.30am and from vyttila during 6 to 7 PM so,me and my collegues used to travel in private limited stop buses which ply between guruvayur vyttila. It will be more convenient and beneficial if enough trips runs in the said routes

Nobody answering to calls

On 10th Aug due to an emergency i had called ksrtc kottayam as well as Ernakulam and many other concerned numbers listed in this site and none of them answered. I called enquiry of kottayam ksrtc also but no reply. Is this how they serve people, forget about service atleast answer to a call. If the guys over there are not able to answer calls, then it might of two reasons. Either their negligence or they are deaf. Both are serious cases that are to be taken into account for the safety of others.

Irresponsible driver

Coming back home i board bus from Thampanoor.On 29 june'19 i boarded a fast kollam bus (KL 15 A 940)i reached my stop at 7.15pm but the bus did not stop even though the conductor rang the bell, my bus stop is a requested stop for fast (that's what is written there)and i suppose there is a rule to stop the bus for female passengers after 6 pm...is there such rule or is it all fake ?? If there is such thing i hope to see it in action.I have to travel 15 km (according to google)to attend my class,so obviously i am tired when i reach back and above that i had to walk more than 1.1km..well done dude.In my past experience fast buses have stopped at my destination when it was way past 6pm ,then what was the problem of this driver ??

Irresponsible Driver

This is to bring into your attention with regards to the inconvenience caused on 22/2/2019 at (22.20) to me and my friend who was not feeling well while we were heading to our home after our work from ernakulam to angamali in bus number RSA610 from chalakudi depo registered with KL 15 A 63 and the ticket number of our commute is 637237. While the rule of stopping the bus for females at the desired stop prevails, taking the women safety into account. We faced a very bad experience from the bus driver today as he told us that he will be not stopping the bus at place where we asked to drop us near by ingoring the rule of dropping the females at desired stop by prioritizing the women safety. Moreover, my friend was not feeling well at all and she really had to struggle by walking for a while due to this incident. Please note that the same bus, but a different driver dropped us on Wednesday and Thursday at the same place where we asked to drop us today. Appreciate , if you can let us know if drivers have different set of rules, while one follows it and the another doesn't? Let us know what kind of disciplinary action the management is going to take on him so that any of the female will not face such kind of issues? And let us know who will hold the responsibility if something goes wrong due to such incidents? Note: we have never asked to drop at our door step or near by place in the morning, but considering the safety we demand while travelling at night. Hope KSTRC is accountable and responsible for the comfortness of the passengers and upholds the rules passed by government. Let us know if that is not the case as passengers are not travelling for free of cost and also please advise us on who we should reach out to, if some drivers least bothered about women safety and passengers? Are your employees aware of this rule and if not can you educate them on the same along with paying them? Seeking a response and preventive action on such cases as no female should face such incidents going forward.

Cash not refund after cancellation

I booked a ticket from palakkad to bangalore for journey on 08/08/2018, but the service was cancelled by ksrtc palakkad. So I cancelled the ticket as per their order. Even after one week of cancellation, i have not received the refund. The PNR number is K5981200, seat number is 5 and the trip code is 2100PLKBNG.Kindly do the needful and refund the amount as soon as possible.

non stopping of bus at late night

Dear sir, I boarded KSRTC bus from Thiruvalla at 10.10 pm on 3/7/2018 for Mulakuzha near Chengannur. As the bus reached near my stop, i requested the conductor to stop the vehicle. He seemed to be unaware of my plea. I repeated it standing close to him. The driver was also listening. He sat as if not heard. People around me asked to ring the bell. I tried to do so. but the bell was knotted tight so as to make no sounds however hard we may try (a newly invented technique?). He just stopped bus one and half kilometers away clubbing the passengers of three stops together. He was such a rude fellow to command me to go and complain if I wanted.

Sir, I am a village officer working in idukki district. It was 11.30 when I reached home after a long walk in the late night after my day's work and long journey. I am forced to complain. Please take necessary action againt such a person. I am ready to come anywhere to give statement and evidences for any number of times. Such things shall not be repeated in future. Why such people are in service who does not care duty and can dispense with the salary provided by the corporation, when there are a lot of smart youngsters who can deliver better services for half the remuneration. No body can help the corporation with such employees. He may be a union leader, I don't know. Miles to go before we are become a refined and developed nation. Attaching the copy of the ticket for getting technical whereabouts. Please let me know the details of the action taken in the earliest due course. A written complaint (hard copy) shall be sent in registered post.
