Delivered manufacturing default car

I have marked this mail but not getting any single revert from your side. I have buy kia carens in April and used this hardly few days, my car always stanging in workshop for 10 10 days but solution given not solving.This is the 4 th time i have given my car to work shop as per their word it will take time. This time they told me the concern coming not getting solved from our side it will escalated to higher one. Problem While running on road my car is off many times in middle of the road and i am avoid by hitting many times. But now I mark a complain to higher department and consumer coart and decide not to take back this car this car having make issue. Keep this car with not interested to take defactive car.

Worst Experience at Kia service Centre

I have send number of emails to kiacare [at] kiaindia [dot] net, regarding various issues faced at Lohia Kia Lawrance Road service station.
Highly recommend to all the Kia owners, never send your car for repair or service at this workshop.

Lowest level of workmanship with No customer service at all.

Shocked to see that even Kia care is not responding,

IS THIS THE WAY CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED ONCE THEY BUY KIA CARS????

Hope to get my issues resolved or else it seems that Kia is only looking to sell cars and does not care about after sales service.

prolonged delay for almost 20 days without any update

my car number is TN15MC1234 , KIA CARENS. On 9th of july our car had a minor accident, a small dog came under the car. car was in driving condition and since some oil was oozing from the bumper we called our kia service people and they advised us to tow the car to nearest station and not to drive even if it is in driving condition. As advised we called RSA and as per their terms they took the car to the nearest kia service station in pondy.
Headache started from here. when we asked what was the problem , every person said one issue and they said some parts for almost 40000 rs is needed. and after few days when we asked , some other person came in line and they said they are yet to open the car and see what is wrong but some parts are already been ordered. 3 wks passed by and lat Tuesday they said they got the parts and car will be delivered by friday. but today again they called and said they just now opened the damaged parts and found that they need some other parts and surveyor was asked again to come and check the car , all this after almost 21 days. if u see the car there is no physical damage except for a small crack in the bumper. and in between i asked our local friends to casually see the car and they said car is not been touched and all the parts are intact even after 20 days.
ASJ kia pondy is having a very bad reputation among customers and KIA must stop that culture of asking customers to give 5 stars for service forcibly. its easy for customers to leave a brand bcoz of horrible dealers. after 20 days i got a news that they need another wk time for a minor accident. i hope kia will not meet the fate like ford and chevy bcoz of those careless , lazy and worst service centers like ASJ pondy.

KiaConnect not activated for last 24 days

This is really rediculous , you have asked me to get the vehicle to the dealership for live testing of Kia connect service , but again the same reply of referred to technical team , but no resolution of the problem, I have visited three times to dealer at nagpur and Jaipur and again and again being advised to wait for SIM ACTIVATION AND PROFILE UPDATION but of no result.
It appears the Kia Connect is not serious to resolve it , your service are worst experience, on top of it there is no direct contact to approach higher escalation NO ONE is taking care of it for last more than 20 Days, Regular mails being done but Now mails are also not replied.

I have kia seltos model htk

I have kia seltos model htk plus I usually get service vehicle on time from almost year car ac not working properly many times I have visited to workshop site 4 sahibabad industrial area ghaziiabad for this problem first they told me that there is problem with compressor valve and they replaced it but then too ac was not working properly sometime it works and then problem remain same then again I visited again and they put some water with pressure pipe to radiator and told now it will work and problem was not solved now three days back there was problem with rare camera and ac too and the problem was not solved till date and now they are telling me to replace the whole ac. Please help me out.

I have booked my car for more

I have booked my car for more than a year and I received the call last week regarding my booking and how the car is available. They told me to complete the down payment, otherwise the car would not be registered, I immediately did that as it was right.

They further told me how they can provide better bank rates, so i decided to go with them. At the last moment they refused saying that bank is not accepting your ITR for whatever xyz reason and will not be able to pass the loan.

I went to my bank and it told me will take some time to do that but they will try to get it done faster. But then all the problem starts, they gave me deadlines regarding the car and now told me that if you don't pass the loan we will reallocate your car to other customer. Do I work in the bank, can I fight with the bank, Can I steal from the bank. The bank will take its time, I have demanded about 3-4 days max which bank has told me but the finance has given me a deadline of 2 days and said we have many customers in line so you are free to go. How much bad an experience can be at a dealership. They are treating customers like chipmunks who just nod to everything one says and accept whatever fraud they are pulling off

I haven't called out for not delivering me the car booked for more than a year, but no the dealership can't wait for 3-4 days for the bank process at all since the bank issue was from the dealer side initially.

KIA SELTOS - FUEL PUMP ISSUE

We bought our KIA SELTOS in November 2022 but now in August we are facing a fuel pump issue . We got all services within the due date eventhough still we are facing this issue . This is not at all what we expected , its still not even a year we got our new car and experiencing this major issue . SHIVAYY AUTOTRADE PVT LTD IS FRAUD AND CHEATE

I HAD BOOKED A SELTOS 6 MT 1.5 PETROL GREY COLOUR ON 28/01/2023 WITH SHIVAYY AUTOTRADE PVT LTD;GHATKOPAR;MUMBAI ;IndIA.
The deal was to deliver DEC'22 MODEL car by the sales exec Mr Divesh and his senior team leader My laxmikant
There was some issues during the deliver as there was no proper explanations of features and many more ;but i had ignored
While finalising the deal i confirm several times with the sales exec for the Year and month manufacture ;which still he replied positively for dec 2022 model
But after the RC book recd 6th march'23 i was shocked seeing that the car is 11/22 manufactured .
On sending copy of Reg certificate to the sales exec. i was highly disappointed on his unprofessional reply "LET ME CHECK" and later denying the fact nad now avoiding the calls
This kind of cheating and fraud case with the customers for own business profits ;promotion and perks needs a strict legal and media attention

Complaint about KIA Sonet/Allied Kia Service Centre Noida

I have purchased Kia Sonet IMT from Allied Kia NOIDA in October 2021
Display of my car creating problem since purchase. Every time of routine service of my car I told my display issue to the concerned service engineer. They told that software update has been done and the problem will be resolved. But the problem remains the same.
While driving the car Google Map stopped working and display either becomes black or display some error.
After long conversation with the CRM at Allied Kia Service Centre Noida since last one year he advised me on 19.03.2023 as under:
"The case has been discussed with concern team and they informed that i-phone compatibility could be the possible reason. You may try with android phone"

I do not have android phone it means this car play will not work for I Phone users.
Concerned authorities at Kia Services are requested to take a note of above comments by CRM Allied Kia and arrange to resolve my issue.

Engine check lamp glowing and showing catalytic converter fault

Hello,
i am having Kia seltos petrol manual transmission bought in Feb 2021. since last Four months my engine check lamp is glowing and when taken to the dealer at Jamshedpur- Utkal Kia, every time cleaning of sensor is done and the light goes off again after a weeks time the same issue is reported. 4 days back i send my car for thorough checkup and i was informed that the wire of the catalytic convertor is damaged. i just want to understand for such reasons of failure how customer is responsible. it is more than 4 days and no decision has been made why this problem occured and how it will be replaced under warranty.
kindly look into the issue and resolve as soon as possible.

DPF issue

Dear Kia,
Its been pathetic experience to adopt kia (seltos HTX PLUS). My car has a DPF issue from last 7 months and still its not resolved by KIA. I am sending my car to KIA Service Center every 30 days and after holding my car for 7 to 10 days, its like it is parked in KIA Service center much more than my home. Every 1000 KM same DPF problem arose. KIA service (DILIP MOTORS, JHARKHAND) center regard my problem as solved but in real its not which leads to mental physical and financial harassment. Every time lots of diesel being required by technician to degenerate filter and for test trials (min diesel 10 litre). I urge KIA to resolve this matter asap.

KIA CONNECT RENEWAL

This is with reference to the renewal of the Kia Connect(Exp Date: 12th Dec., 2022) for my Kia Seltos

Mail to kiaconnect [at] kiaindia [dot] net which was intiated on 13th November. 2022 & am in constant touch with the executive at Kia Kangra(HP) for the Kia Connect renewal but they are helpless. Just talked to one of your executives at Mandi & he said that the Kia Connect renewal will be done by Jan-Feb 2023 so am forced to write here.

For your information the RSA for my vehicle was renewed in August, 2022 which is supposed to expire in this month(December, 2022) only i.e., 4 months in advance but for Kia Connect the answer received is: The concern is under technical diagnose and we will keep you updated with the preceding.

Although it is the responsibility of the Company to resolve the issue on time but here the Customer is doing the regular follow up but still no solution is being provided.
Therefore, it is my humble request to please provide the solution to have the Kia Connect renewed as it will expire by next monday.

Looking forward for the resolution on time.

Hi ..I am Dr Charudatta Pawar ,Doctor from India..I want to talk all about Kia service. I really feel something which I can't express in words.
I bought a new Kia sonet, MH 23 BC 2020 in December 2020....from a well known dealer from Pune..Dhone kia ..
Unfortunately my car got into an accident in march 2022 and suffering starts from that day onwards...
Right from the kia toing policy and bad response from kia customer services they took almost 3 days and nights to bring my vehicle from a very unknown place where i stayed without any food ..i literally then paid and uploaded the vehicle to the kia service centre Pune ,Bibwewadi...
Since then i was taking regular follow up but they took so long enough to break my patience and the insurance which was took from kia safety from showroom itself took almost month for the approval of start of work..anyhow they got approval..since then i was waiting for their response..and they keep on saying it will get after month or two...in between i was in contact with service manager and all but every time i was getting assurance only...
My vehicle had not too much damage, still they took almost six months to complete the work..the reason being said for delay was unavailability of parts ...what one can imagine from a well known company like kia.
being doctor i was taken rented car which created me a lots of financial burden in spite of i was regularly having EMI of 25000 without using the vehicle...
Finally I got this vehicle 15 days back..and I thanked god...
but today's incident was very painful and life threatening...after only 15 days of vehicle coming from service centre...on a very good road my vehicle tyre got dislodge any it was near miss and i could have no more because of faulty service of Kia ...it is my humble request to all Kia concerned authorities...dont take lives for your bad service otherwise no one will trust in your company...its only mental and physical and financial pain that kia have given me...it's up to you how u handle it...i m going to consumer court for the same...and i think it's time to get back your vehicle..and free from this immense pain..thnx...

Unable to deliver car as promised- Unfit

I have booked KIA SELTOS HKT+ DIESEL MANUAL variant on June 2nd 2022 and dealer (Prasanna KIA, Coimbatore) promised to deliver the vehicle within 2minths and took my old car for exchange. But they did not adhere to their promise. My official waiting period given by KIA was 13 to 14 weeks but the same got over and KIA also dint not keep up their promise.
Now the most worrying factor is both KIA and Dealers side is not able to provide a date when they will deliver the car to me.
i have never experienced or seen this idiotic way of serving customers.
These people are really unfit for this industry in INDIA. There are so many other brands where customer's satisfaction were given the highest priority.
Never opt of KIA, Customers are not valued.

Faulty Tyres

Bought a new SELTOS D1.5 6MT HTX PLUS on xxxxx, from Thiruvananthapuram NCS Autocars , after 2 months one of the tyre (Forward RH side) got bursted while reversing the car, got it replaced under warranty, again on first week of this month another tyre (Rear LH side) got bursted with out any provocation while driving, Returned the car to show room and ask them to replace all 5 tyres with different brand., For Your Information the existing brand is JK tyres
But my request to swap the existing brand tyres with another brand is flatly danaid by the show room
I am a 63 years old retired marine engineer (at this age one can understand the diving style of a senior citizen,) i was driving for last 43 years, so far 13 cars were bought and used , never ever come across this kind of issue.
Driving this car with JK tyres is an unsafe act as this car is in unsafe condition.
My car is in the show room for last 3 weeks , i will not accept the vehicle with JK tyres fitted on.
Can you do any thing to this issue to save my and my family's life????

No towing facility in rear end of the car

I purchased Sonet HTX, IMT on 15/04/2022 from Rudra Kia ,Durgapur, West Bengal. So far my car is doing well and I enjoy driving this car. But surprisingly noticed no towing facility is provided in the rear side of my car though towing point and tow bar is provided to pull the car in case of emergency from front side. But what will happen if it is required to pull the car from back side due to some mishap? I talked to my dealer but they also have no clue. Please response as soon as possible.

I had purchased the Kia Seltos in the month of September with great aspiration. But the vehicle performance is worst in the uphills. The initial pick up is worse. This vehicle is meant only to highways. The company is not interested to solve the issues. I20 performance is much better compare with the power of the vehicle .

JSP, Bangalore - Unprofessional behavior of staff

I have Booked in November'21 in JSP, Singasandra, Bangalore. I have not received proper communication from dealer after and its really shocking to see the rude and unprofessional behavior of dealer staffs. Very poor & pathetic response/service. by Sales manager-Timmy.

Hey folk,
The service provided by Nivan babaji is worst. I would suggest to go with some other dealer or car company that coming to them. They will make sure to make your life miserable from the day you book the car to every time you take it for service.
First, they will force you to purchase extended warranty, accessories and insurance from them only. If you say no then they will deny the delivery of car saying its company policy and we can't give you car. JUST TO LET YOU ALL KNOW KIA MOTORS DOSN'T SAY SO, ITS NIVAN BALAJI POLICY.
The service center is worst than their sales office. you have no clue when the car will be delivered. They will keep on increasing the time of delivery. On top of it, they will damage your car physically or its paint. Also, they have a team of calling associates who have no clue what is going on but will keep on calling you for a good rating and good customer satisfaction response. I have even noticed that the folks at the service center fill in the satisfaction form on their own and ask the customer to sign it.
Its better not to be associated with them if you want peace of mind.

water issue

It's with great grievance that I write this letter to you again but really got fed up with this type of service from KIA.
IT'S 3RD TIME IN A YEAR THAT I'M FACING THIS WATER PROBLEM IN THE SELTOS CAR AND STILL THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED.
This is to bring to your kind notice again that i bought seltos htk plus in october 2020 from lucknow dealer india nivan balaji motors and i m facing water coming issue inside the car at co-driver side carpet area.
Despite the complaint registered at kanpur service station asr kia at fazalganj problem has not been solved till yet 3rd time.
I am having 3 manually acknowledgement receipts where it is clearly mentioned the problem of water coming inside the car.
I had also shared the videos to the person who was deputed for my car service.
I personally visited the service center on 21st october 2021 in the evening despite attending my important meeting at that time to show the real picture of the co-driver side which was accumulated by water to the service manager.
again this rainy season september 2021 ,October rain water comes inside the car and whole carpet area was full of water.and because of accumulation of water at one place rusting on iron can take place at the bottom of the carpet area which will be great loss for me in near future due to negligence,manufacturing defect of kia motors.
It is such a difficult task for me to tackle the situation by sweeping the area again and again after spending a huge amount purchasing the car of your company.

I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as I'm facing a travelling problem due to lack of a vehicle.

If this is the response at your post sales service, I wouldn't keep much hope for your future support to kia customers.

Fake promise not getting delivery of my car

I have booked a Kia Sonet HTX diesel variant in month of Oct-20at Kia showroom at Rajkot Gujarat. at the time of booking kia dealer has promise me to provide vehicle within one and half month. in response to that i have deposited amount of Rs.25000/- vide receipt no. 343 dated 15.10.20. whenever I have to try to contact sales person most of time they didn't reply. when replying we will deliver your vehicle within this month. now almost 5 month has been passed now neither dealer nor kia care center replying me. I have residing at gandhidham and kia showroom situated at Rajkot, Gujarat which is 200 km away from my home. so it is difficult to visit the show room on frequent. so my friend is visited showroom since last five month. same reply vehicle are not allotted to us. it is is your problem why booked the vehicle when you have not capacity to manufacture vehicle. unfortunately I am loosing interest of my hard earn money of Rs 25000/-
kindly guide whom i have to contact to get contact to proper reply. if you are not able to provide vehicle then give me writing that we are not able to deliver your vehicle. refund my amount with interest of 12%

Kia SELTOS HTK +,service delayed DUE TO SPARE parts

My vehicle met with Accident on 22 NOV right-side doors was damaged & I have given to MG BROTHER KIA service station Anantapur on 23 Nov. It's been more than 30 days still they have not touched the vehicle still saying parts are not delivered. It's been very bad from Kia after-sales service is very poor/unhappy.

No one is having responsible.

1. Why Kia is not responsible when the vehicle is in a service station for so many days?

2. Why spare parts are not available for more than 20 days?

3. Why it takes time? Why no follow-up from Kia end.

Reputation and marketing emphasize your cars’ durability, reliability, and safety. Before this service failure, I was very pleased with my car, and in a few years I will need to upgrade to a larger one as I grow, but now I hesitate to choose one. My brother and sister also plans to own Kia and they aren’t so sure that they will stick with the brand after watching my experiences with the service failure of my seltos.
Please restore my faith in your brand, stand behind your product.

delivery delay

As per the promise by KIA motors our booked car variant Seltos Htk+ petrol was to be delivered on November but they are continuously delaying from their side .They first said that our booking list has second place but on contact few hours before they are denying with their words. I am very irritated and disappointed with their service. Hope they look over this problem.

Bad experience

It's with great grievance that I write this letter to you. We were very much interested in your latest KIA Sonet and desirous to purchase the car we had contacted your Kannur Showroom (Kannur District, Kerala) the day it was released here. ( It would be somewhere in mid October 2020). We had requested for the petrol 1.5L HTK+ variant and a test drive. Though the showroom that the variant was not available at the moment, we would be intimated by the month end. However despite intermittent calls from different numbers there was no response from the Showroom. Either it was the standard response that the model hasn't arrived yet or an outright lack of response.
When we tried again from a different number as a new customer on the 19th of this month , they said that the model had arrived and will get back to us.
This felt quite disrespectful to us. We had been trying for over a month to get our desired variant and the you couldn't even give a decent reply. At least courtsy of letting us know considering our repeated calls. I can quite understand the rush you could be facing and the various calls and queries and the ongoing covid crises. I can even understand that the Showroom might be swamped and the staff is overwhelmed. But all we asked was a simple genuine response to our calls.
If this is the response at your pre sales, I wouldn't keep much hope for your post sales support.

BEFORE 2.5 MONTHS as per promise by agent delivery would be on 13th of Nov.
Again that guys saying we don't have product available in company.

Kia False Promise

I Bhavesh D.Patel has booked Kia Seltos diesel auto GT line silver colour on 22/8/2020 with your dealer Supernova Automobiles of Nikol, Ahmedabad branch. When I booked I clearly asked for delivery on 25/10/20 as it is my wife's birthday and Dushera both. Mr.Hiren branch manager and Mr.Ronak Sales executive did confirm that I'll surely get the car on 25th October. My booking sales contract number is 159 in which they didn't mention the delivery date but orally confirmed the same.
Now I constantly call them but they decline the delivery date and say that we can't guarantee the date of delivery but you will surely get in this month. I now am disappointed with your sales team. If you had cleared well in advance I would have booked with another dealer. I was able to get the car from Delhi through Pioneer group with a confirmed date but your representatives were not confirming anything and yesterday they cleared that I'll not get the car on 25/10/20 at all.
My concern is your guys kept me in the dark regarding delivery time and now I am not going to get the car and for that thanks to Kia motors.
Please kindly clear this matter and send your precious response at earliest.

False Delivery Promises

I ordered a KIA on the 11th of March 2020 and paid 5 lakhs and eventually paid everything except a lac. Your executive is lying and making false promises every time after I've paid all this in cash. Arun from Lakshmi Kia Motors, Vizag does not have the courtesy to answer calls and never replies. I am surprised by the kind of folks to choose to hand over dealerships. They are giving cars to almost every second person except me. It has been over 5 months now and this is what they are doing.

Worst pre delivery service of crystal auto Kia baner

I am facing worst customer service and pre-delivery service from Crystal Auto Baner, Pune, Sales manager - Rushikesh. I had placed the order on 3rd March,2020 and the car came 10 days back on 28th July,2020. Till this is fine. They contacted me and gave me the bank details for loan but due to their miscommunication with bank, they forwaded the proposal to other bank and meanwhile as the process was going on they allocated the car to other customer without taking my consent on 5th Aug even he was aware of all the process. Even after that, the person Rushikesh is not attending calls and doesn’t have any manners to handle the customer. I feel pity that Kia keeps such sales persons due to which it has many complaints for poor service. I think Kia should to strict action related to this to maintain the relation with the customer. And as they had communicated me and assured me I already sold my old car and now I am helpless as I have to travel to my Institute daily for 65 km in this pandemic situation.

Very poor booking experience

I am writing to you to keep you posted about my horrible booking experience with Kia Motors and VST in Chennai.

I had made the referenced booking with Kia for a Seltos in early March 2020. I understand that on account of the covid pandemic deliveries have been unduly delayed. The VST Motors dealership that I have been dealing with in Chennai have made numerous false promises of delivery at an early date and this just keeps getting pushed out, with some flimsy excuse on each occasion.

There appears to be poor coordination between the dealership and Kia and as a result, the dealership is unable to provide customers with a tentative delivery date.

I am tired of waiting for as long as I have and now intend to cancel my booking if the car cannot be delivered to me by July 23rd at the latest.

While you might have a highly rated vehicle, such poor experiences and customer dissatisfaction will not help build your brand and sales. I will definitely go and let future customers know about the pathetic experience I have had so far with Kia and VST.

This is just for your knowledge and action, if you can take any.

I had ordered a Kia motors HTKG 1.5 6MT petrol from allied motors Pvt ltd Noida the sales guy Naman Bhatnagar has ran me ragged since January giving . I have availed car loan and my EMI has started .He took 1.25 Lakhs rupees 1 month prior,then on 29th June he took entire money saying that the car will be delivered on Friday now again he is playing games saying that even though he has taken entire money in 29 th June still my car is not registered we are very worried .

Entire steering is vibrating like Earthquake on the steering and entire hand are vibrating, as I am self driven person. Please do something immediately before any bad review regarding this high end car and top model also, what I bought after spending a lot of money. I never can expect this kind of steering response from this kind of vehicle.

Fake promise given by sales person

Sir just wanted to raise a compliant against the showroom named SVM motors kattupakkam chennai.i had earlier booked seltos hte diesel (8.1.2020) based on the promise given by the sales person that the vehicle would be delivered without change in price post January 2020 as there was a discussion of price hike then.now when iam asking for delivery this February the sales person now says that i have to pay extra one lakh due to price hike.this really pissed me off sice he failed to keep up the promise that he would get the carat the old price itself adding to this they failed to give test drive .so i had cancelled my booking now there is a problem with the refund.the authorities are not taking enough responsibility and they are blaming one another. At the time of booking they confirmed it would be only 7 days now it more than 12 days so kia motors has to look into this issue so no customer will get affected like me.imagine what would have happened if i had procued loan i would have ended up paying extra emi isn't which would have created unnecessary confusion in day today life.so i request you to take the action immediately.

FALSE PROMISE ABOUT DELIVERY - CREATING ARTIFICIAL DEMAND - REG

SONET 1.5 D HTX 6MT, GLACIER WHITE PEARL  

While booking my vehicle,  As promised by the sales team for an early delivery of a new vehicle with utmost priority, I had sold out my old vehicle in November 2020.  

But till date, I am unable to get a firm commitment about the delivery of the booked vehicle from the KIA dealership, Trichy through the sales officials till date stating this variant of the vehicle is not yet billed by the manufacturer till date for dispatch. 

Moreover, I was advised by the KIA dealership to be patient for another 7-8 weeks of time.
Is there a chance of getting the booked vehicle by 12th January 2021?  An early commitment from KIA headquarters would be most appreciated, and delivery of this booked car would be a memorable gift for my daughter on her birthday on 14.01.2021.

I hope KIA will satisfy the customer needs understanding our essentiality IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN AND SUSTAIN THEIR BRAND VALUE.

This is to bring to your notice and I (Bhavuk Goyal) needs to purchase kia Seltos Model {GTX PLUS AT 105 (D)} which is around 1926000 Approx from Shree ASR Motocorp Pvt Ltd (kanpur).As per the dealer the car is available but he is not giving me the car for the reason of insurance . According to his statement the insurance is done pan india from dealer only as per Kia Guidelines but i want to do the insurance from outside as my real cousin is into Insurance company and the difference is around 23000.if i do it from outside.Dealer is forcing to get insurance from them only otherwise waiting period is 2 month and i am very much upset with this attitude of the Dealer.
so please take this into consideration and Let me know or i may buy some other company car rather than relying so much on kia.

Delivery of Booked Car

I am facing multiple pre-sale issues with Kia motors.

I have booked Kia Seltos HTX MT with NAARA Motors Bangalore on 24/11/2019 with the booking amount of 25000/-. Sr No: 814.

The sales executive confirms that the Vehicle will be delivered by 10/01/2020.

I had my leaves and travel planned as per the delivery date but now they are not delivering the vehicle onetime and not ready to confirm the exact future delivery date.

Since I booked the Vehicle in the month of Nov/2019, booking confirmed with the old price and now they are coming back to me saying the prices have been increased by approx 45000/-.

Reason: They do not have the 2019 model and I am getting the 2020 model with an additional 45000/-, then why the hell the booking was done for the 2019 Model. It is nothing but cheating customers.

KIA is making all the false promises just to get the booking and playing with customers' emotions.

I had a very high expectation from KIA motors and looks like they are not reaching the low level.

This is making me not to recommend KIA to any of my friends and relatives.

Hoping to hear back from you guys soon.

Delay in delivery of car

i have booked kia seltos from branch at surat-dumas road,pipload,surat-395007. name as Shreenath cars pvt ltd. on the date of 17/10/2019. so pf now as i didn't get car though 90 days are completed and they haven't contact me even on the reason for the delay. i have experience worst service in this branch and i prefer not to buy car from this store and i also recommend the service provider kia India to take regulatory action towards and do reply me as soon as possible.

Fake promise and not getting the delivery of my car

I have Booked a car on Oct 20th in your Dhone wheels Kia showroom In Hadapsar PUNE My booking id is B201900575. They kept on giving me fake promises and didn't fulfill their words and commitment and wasted my 2 months. Now they are saying they can't deliver my car.The GM of that showroom Mr Ashok is a man of lies. he always lie and don't give any true statement. person who is sitting on that level should be understanding and Gentle. Not like him who is so rude, manner less and Commitment less. Because of him you will loose many customers like him. i just want if you can get my car which is HTK/HTK+ blue color then let me know. I can wait for 1 more month but after that i want the car or else will not buy KIA ever in my future. i am so much disappointed.

Pre-booked at KIA SELTOS with Celica KIA motors, Kolkata. My booking Serial Number was told to be 75. That was the the last time I heard from them. Visited show room on 9th Nov'19. The dealership informed that all booking list is lost & they do not know who all has booked. is this the credibility of KIA motors ? Some Indian Car dealers are notorious ; the Koreans car makers are probably not being able cope with the culture. Very SAD.

Then , I also booked a Test Drive , scheduled on line for 15th Nov'19. Got SMS confirmation tha Test Drive is booked. No body turned up at scheduled time. Not even a confirmation. Such is the state of affair in KIA MOTORS.

Very poor service from Kia India

Booked my car and even after 2 months there is no update on when would I even get the delivery of my car. The online portal does not take comments/ responses or even allows you to cancel the booking. As soon as the dealers know that you are cancelling, they stop responding to you and try to hold on to your deposit. All a big nuisance

I booked KIA Smartstream IVT at Sohna Rd Gurugram on 27 Aug. Delivery of car was promised for last week of Oct. However on enquiry on 31 Oct, GM dealer expressed inability to deliver car/give any confirmed date. On further inquiry, indicated delivery not likey to be before May/ Jun2020. Please advise exact status. Dealer is not trustworthy.

Same experience - I see zero trust & confidence from Kia # Allied Motor Shop G 27-30, SPAZE BOULEVARD, Sohna Rd, Sector 47 . A series of inaccurate or no info was purposely done by staff of Allied Motor .

They are unskilled and take customer for ride , once you book car - I have cancelled by booking after I lost trust waiting for several months .

Delivery Commitment deficit

Huge mismatch in delivery commitments. Generating large number of bookings and falling short on delivery commitments doesn’t speak good about the company. Sometimes it just need common sense to match the production line with the booking Commitments and being honest with the customers.
