Lost baggage

I have travelled on 14th of JAN 2024 , from Luxenberg to Lagos . i did not receive my baggage so far today is 10th FEB . i have raised a complaint and a compensation for the same . I am not able to contact them through phone . long standing que . My claim registered is C-7526879. So far i have not received my compensation or my baggage even there is no tracking system

Cochin > Mumbai>US flights

I am in Kerala, India. I find your flights from Mumbai to the US satisfactory. My difficulty is to reach from here to Mumbai! Can I book your flight ticket linked to a ticket from Cochin or Coimbatore? Do you have any code sharing agreement with flights from Cochin and Coimbatore?

web check in not working

I got a link from KLM to proceed for web check in. However the site does not allow me to web check in. I had submitted Covid documents which were approved by KLM. All other travel documents were uploaded. I finally had to call customer service to request for my preferred seat.

lost baggage

I had travelled by KL0871 from Amsterdam to Delhi on 15th June,2022 and baggage tag in the name of Mrs Divita Kanoria (co-passenger and my wife). We had lost one baggage and were trying to reach out your numbers for the last more than so many hours and its constantly busy. Hence though of writing to you on this. Damage to baggage reported earlier to KLM not responded satisfa

I am a senior citizen 72 years old and booked a ticket from Bangalore to Gothenburg on 1 St July 2018.
The journey was from Bangalore via Mumbai and Amsterdam to Gothenburg.
When the baggage was received at Gothenburg ,our new American tourist bag was badly torn .
This issue was raised to KLM within one week of our arrival .
But as of now no action taken .
We have booked our return by same airlines for 27 the Sept .
Surprised no action taken .How can we travel with the damaged bag?
Please respond .Who is to compensate for this ?

Check in baggage

I have booked KLM flight from New Delhi to Amsterdam @ further to US schedule on 19th June. Please clarify me on following points:
1. Number of check in baggage allowed,
2 weight of check in baggage
separately for each baggage.
3. Max weight 23.00 kg mentioned in
ticket is for total of 2 baggage or
this implies seperately.
4. If I carry single baggage,what will
be the weight limit.
Since customer service number mentioned in ticket or at other places are not working,so queries are raised through this forum. Please guide.

Important information. tucked in small print at the end

Dear Sirs / Madam,
I have booked an Air France Delta Ticket : PNR No. - LDOG2N; Business Class - BLR-CDG-DUS-ATL-BNA : EWR-CDG-MAA
I received a mail from Air France KLM on 20th March with the subject line Travel Document and the body of the mail giving details of the booking - which by the way I had received already at the time of ticket booking on Feb 22nd and a couple of times thereafter.
Yesterday when I was just going through all mails connected with this flight - which are many to begin with, I noticed in small print the following : "AF5978/04MAY18, ATL-BNA HAS A SCHEDULE CHANGE OR HAS BEEN CANCELLED"

Now this is an important information and instead of putting this right on top of the mail it is somewhere hidden at the end !.
The same small print also gives telephone numbers to contact and both don't exist. When we try any other number instructed by the voice support, the phones don't ring at the other end.

Please therefore, put your customer care systems in order immediately and inform me what needs to be done about the segment from ATL to BNA on the 4th May.
