I was utilized Rs.50000/- the credit card on the month of 23rd may 2019, then your customer care executives contacted me for EMI option, after check the ROI i am not convinced, so, i cancelled the proposal of EMI offer, In 12th June 2019 i paid Rs.25000+25000= Total Rs.50000/-.

Again I used for online purchase Rs.2000/- on 18th June 2019, again i paid Rs.2000/- on 30th July 2019. So further no pending payment

Again I purchased items Rs.37440/- on 21st December 2019, again customer care executives contacted me told me for EMI option, i accepted and i started to pay from 13th January 2020 onwards 6 months i paid, its end on 12th June 2020. 6 EMI value Rs.6350/-. X 6 = Total value Rs.38100/-

But 25th July 2020 I received the statement showing Total Outstanding Rs. 13,452.63 And Total Amount Due Rs. - 9,567.84.

This is totally unfair. Kindly cancel all outstanding send me the no balance statement.

As per my knowledge there is no pending payment.
