My first accout was disabled automatically and i was not able to access that account so i created a new account, but the new account has also been restricted, I have verified my identity but still i am not able to access my account. When i try to login i can see "Access to your account has been restricted" please help me with it what is the issue happenig with my account.

AS I GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF VERIFYING PERSONA, THE VERIFICATION HALTS WHEN I REACH THE POINT WHERE I WAS ASKED ON WHAT COUNTRY I AM FROM. AFTER THAT, ONCE I CLICK VERIFY PERSONA - IT REPEATEDLY SAYS - You have already submitted a request, please try again later.

EVERYTIME when i think it is about time to REDO THE VERIFY PERSONA, it always consistenly leads me to that PAGE WHERE IT ALWAYS SAYS,

YOU ALREADY HAVE SUBMITTED A REQUEST, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.

THIS GOES ON FOREVER. It is stressing me out already. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS DILEMMA.

This has been the third time I am required to close an account which I never created because of the above. It automatically signs in using your email address and it has been a very frustrating and time consuming to create a password and close the account.
