- If you have any query/complaint, theu you can contact to the customer helpline number between 6am-11pm or email at support [at] livquik [dot] com or you can contact to the Self Care Portal.
- It may take 2 working days to resolve your query.
Level 2
- If your query is not resolved within 2 days, then your complaint will automatically escalated to Customer representative at:

Level 3
- If your query is not resolved within 7 days or youu are not satisfied with the solution given in Level 2, then your complaint will automatically escalated Level 3 Customer Representative at:
