- Go to the official website of Maharashtra Grievance Redressal .
- Click on citizen registration .
- If you are a new user, register as a citizen (provide email + mobile, verify via OTP)

- Enter all the personal detail that are stated in the form to register.
- If you are already registered, just log in.
- Fill the Grievance Form
- Enter grievance details (explain clearly what is the problem).
- Optionally, upload relevant documents or images (max size as per portal rules).
- Complete captcha (if required) and submit.
- On submission you get a token number / registration number.
- Click on preview to see all the personal or complaint details.
- Track Your Complaint
- Use the token number (or login) to see the status of your grievance in the Track Grievance Status section.
