UNABLE TO UPDATE ESTIMATED COST

Respected Sir/Ma'am,
We are unable to update the details related to Estimated Cost as per CA Certificate-Form 3 at the Portal since the Estimated cost have been revised however we are unable to update the same from our side.
Kindly provide us with the details regarding the same.

After more than 7 months of submitting my invoices to brickex advisors pvt ltd a subsidiary of PIRAMAL Group they have tried every trick under the sun to stop my brokerage which smacks of malafied intentions on the part of the company which wants to usurp my payouts.PLEASE HELP

Why govt cant make compulsory RERA No for plot/land Registration

Respected Sir / Madam,
As per layman’s understanding of RERA I understood that any real-estate selling project / plots /flats should be registered under RERA .I see various Land Developers dealing in plots / farm house plots / Agricultural Lands regularly publishing their advertisements in property expo /news papers / hoardings / web sites /online real estate portals and other electronic medias in and around Pune. I visited some of the projects sales office and they said they are selling plot it is a private plotting so they have advertisements all over the places & misleading the common people why the governments makes compulsory Maha RERA No for plot / land registration ?. And need one more clarifications there is two type of RERA No is mentioned one is start with alphabet “A” and the other one is “P” what its stand for ? Why governments / Maha Rera departments not creating any awareness’ in the common people.

Builder not refunding booking amount

We had booked a flat in Mantra Essence in Pisoli which we had to cancel due to family problems. We had called our sales executive Sandeep Pawar from
Mantra, he had given the email address of Abhishek Ramteke and said to email him and he will proceed with the refund procedure. We sent the email to Abhishek Ramteke however did not receive any response from him. I was into touch with Sandeep Pawar through and he was informing me that it's in the process. I have called Mr. Ramteke last week and now he said that we can not refund your money. I again called executive Sandeep Pawar and this time he said it's been long time since you booked now we can not refund your money. I reminded him that I'm following up from March 2019 on which he said still we can't refund.

I need your help in getting my booking amount back.

About Open space Car Parking in Pune

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have legal agreement between my brother and builder on which it is mentioned that 2BHK flat with open space car parking. Now the flat is gifted to me by my brother with Gift deed agreement. I found that there is no open Car Parking space in Society.

Please tell me how can I get my Open space car parking from Society. The society is saying there is no space if you not find in society. Builder already handed over the building to society.

Please suggest me what can I do to get my car parking space as per agreement.

whether ongoing project of redevelopmnt but not yet registered

we have a peculiar case of totally botched up redevelopment project undertaken by unauthorized person in connivance MHADA. The Rehab tenements are sold out to outsiders and some of the Managing committee Members have purchased the these tenements. they have indulged in forgery impersonation and cheating the statutory authorities. We have all the papers to substantiate our contentions. I would like to know whether MAHARERA can look in to this fraudulent redevelopment.
