i have parked the vehicle in no parking for which my challan has been generated of rs 200 then why they have charged of 436 rs and also not given any clarification about charges and also one thing that if there is no parking between 1 to 2 km then where should people park their vehicle
kindly clarify is humble request

Unable to upload documents for police clearance certificate

Respected Sir,
I am encountering issues to upload documents which are required for completing stage 3 of police verification application portal. I and my colleagues are getting one and the same error, "ERROR OCCURRED, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE". We have been trying to upload the documents since September and the project I am working is a Government undertaking body and it is mandatory for us to submit the verification application receipt for gaining the entrance in the premises and because the said issues we have to face lots of hurdle. Please suggest the best alternative (if any) to get this fixed at the earliest and avoid further hurdles to gain access at work premises. Looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible.

had Face attack on me on 12th Oct. 2015 by Praveen Chinese & Gang
with the help of Lady Pandhare claiming Molestation to the lady
&lodge FIR on same fake complain from Praveen Chinese & gang by
managing Naupada Police on 15 oct 2015 with the help of that lady
Pandahre & force to attend case last years by Naupada Police officer
KhaldeMadam , I appeared in front of court for this FIR by Praveen
Chinese & gang as accused of molestation of lady pandhare , All this
planned by Praveen Chinese & Gang with the help of Naupada Police,
this is due to I am exposing this gang’s Antisocial activities going
on in the Society to the Local government administration .

I explaianed to Senior PI Mr. Survashe on incidance day oragnised by
Praveen Chinese & Gang but no officer from Naupada Police were
interested to listen to my explaination on this fake complain & attack
on me by these peoples , myself & my family especially old parrents &
school going daughters suffered a lot due harassment by this gang with
the help of Naupada Police , but now nobody interested to run this
case & I want to run this case to prove that I am not acused of this
fake moleststaion case by Police.

I request to run this case forcibly carried by Naupada Police for
their personal interest with this gang so that we can expose that
lady Pandhare & this gang with the help of some police officials for
harassing innoscent family( Mainly Senior Citizens & School going
girls) . Last year Senior PI Mr. Pophale orderd us to remove our
vehicle from Society’s Parking area on instruction of Praveen Chinese
& gang , So we feel Police department is for rich & influencial
people’s duty only.

If your department cannot run this case will have to ask for Justice
from court for this injustice behavior of Police department for their
personal interest from Praveen Chinese & gang, so that in future
Police department stop harassing innoscent peoples managed by Peoples
like Praveen Chinese & gang,who feels whole police department is
always in their pocket.

Mentally Harrasment in Residential Society

Dear Sir,

I am Staying in Mira Road as a Tenant and one lady in my Society ,She is continuously spoiling my image and sending offensive messages for me in Society Group. I had a little argument with his husband and i didn't use any wrong or any slang words during argument but his wife is making an issue of me and creating trouble for me. Earlier, I had an argument with lady earlier because she pointed me again and again and telling me she will throw out me out of society.

Sir please suggest if I can take any legal action.
