The cancellation of one ticket happened in the month of August 2025 and i have sent all the necessary documents and still I haven't received any refund.

Sep 13th says your document is under review and why is taking it such a long time. Does it take one and half month to review a document to refund. In a matter of minutes, you were able to cancel the booking and deduct more than 50% of the amount and why can't you do simple refund asap.

Secondly, it very difficult to talk to a helpdesk as there is no option for refund or talk to helpdesk.Every thing is automates. Its very frustrating.

The process should be simple and yours is very complication and unresponsive.

I have booked 2 of my tickets And It is get In RAC so,The amount for confirming ticket has taken that is not refunded while I have completed ,I kindly reqst to refund as soon as possible ...previously I have Get refund of these but last 2 ticket guarantee price has not been refunded.

This is not fair.. I booked Ticket from Amazon pay platform with Make my trip as the partner . the airline cancelled my flight due to operational reasons . Refund was processed but I was charged convenience fee of Rs 740 . Do you think it’s fair for customer to bear expense even we dint get to travel but had to pay for the flight cancelling it what’s the point here of eating the money ?

My flight got canceled on 4th August. My name is Vijay Virumal Chhabria. I didnt get any mail from mmt or soicejet. I cane to airport thete all counters were clised , then came to know flight is canceled.
After soending to qnd fro taxi fare, now Spicejet is saying they have refunded the money to MMT.
Yest I have mailed them but no reply.
I had to buy another ticket at higher price.

My trip from Chennai to Delhi was cancelled by Air India. I choose for refund of amount in my source account. I did click on designated place in my mmt wallet to transfer rs. 7996 to my account. But the same was declined by my bank for unknown reasons and amount is not recieved.

I had booked a flight from Delhi to Copenhagen (Booking ID: NN2AEKIH92631847240) which was to take off on 23rd July 2025. I received a notification that my flight has been rebooked to 27th July. How can you just get away with such a notification. It’s a delay by 4 days. Do you not think that I would have booked my hotel and other flight tickets which are non-refundable. On top of that when I am trying to contact you, you are not accepting my booking IID. This is such unprofessional behaviour on your part. I want to be fully compensated for my flight tickets and also need additional compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses I will have to incur. I book air ticket from Saudi Arabia credit card. 972saudi riyal amount was actual amount deducted.

On the same day I cancelled the ticket. Until now refund was not happening.

I would like to follow up on my previous request regarding a name correction for my upcoming flight scheduled on 24/04/2025. Unfortunately, my name was auto-corrected during the booking process and I kindly request this to be rectified at the earliest.
As your website does not display the passenger name until after the payment is completed, I was not able to catch the error earlier. Given that my flight is scheduled for the early morning of 24th April, I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible to ensure I can travel as planned.
Additionally, I spoke with Qatar Airways customer service, and they confirmed that name corrections are possible and must be handled directly by the issuing agent. They also mentioned that such corrections are quite common and routinely processed.

I've spoken with the customer service od Singapore airlines and they suggested that since I booked my flight within your company you should and can request Singapore airlines to alter or rebook my flight.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the refund of ₹26,133 issued by Indigo has not been credited to my account. While ₹21,783 was refunded on 29th November, the remaining amount is still pending.

From last 2 & 1/2 month still waiting for refund amount for my cancelled flight of Air India the amount is not credited what is the issue for MMT why it is taking long time to refund amount I book my flight from MMT not by Air India.

I have booked train tickets. First I have paid for the tickets but the transaction failed. So I tried again. The second transaction succeeded. But I didn't get refund of my first transaction. My first transaction succeeded after second transaction which is not refunded.

The flight is cancelled and till now refund is not credited... everytime I am booking tickets from here but in refunding matter you are making trouble..now it's going to be 20days still money is not credited in my account..what is the issue??you guys have any backend team or not???

My flight SG 3454 was cancelled by airline. Air line had processed the refund to MMT but there is no contact no. of MMT to convey my problem and not even responding to email. The worst experience of my life with MMT.

Hi i have changed my mobile registered along with email. I am not able to login my account through email since OTP is sending the old mobile number. Kindly do assist in this matter.

i had made an trip booking on 11-12-021. and after debiting my balance for the booking ID NR2200226760577627 the error keep showing that i have enetered bad credentials . that coaused several tymes, i had no choice other than clicking on the cancel button. and after that i reaceived a mail that my refund will credited to my accont with one two working day , i have waited more than three working days now , still my money isnt reached, and i have tried the toll free number cstomr services too , but non of that become helpful. please gave a me solution or call back from the head department . i am very much dissatisfied with ur services.

I had booked a flight from vizag to goa and due to technical fault on MakeMyTrips part was assigned the wrong flight. They had asked me to book the tickets again so as to initiate a complete refund which i did. But only recieved less than half the amount. After several follow ups with Airlines they have clarified that they have already transferred the refund to MMT on 3-04-2021.(Payment Confirmation email received from Airlines ).

So many time I tried to contact over phone... maid I'd ..but realy your companies system is soo confusing that when customers really need your help you guys may not be reachable easily.Its just a good experience and life learning for me.

Regarding to subject , I have some refund amount from your company, related to booking id NF78xxxxxx against which airline already confirmed me that they transferred to your account.

And also I have not canceled the flight but due to some error in your confusing system its showing canceled flight on app.
