Wheelchair assistance wasn't provided in Kuala Lumpur airport even though the request was sent well in advance. Requested with airport staff and other members at airport which went in vein and both passengers had a nightmare facing all this at Kuala Lumpur airport. Also, opted paid seating, more legroom service for Kuala Lumpur to Sydney sector and the same wasn't provided.

I am a fully vaccinated Indian, traveling to Sydney (Australia) by Malaysian airlines.
My flight is from Delhi to Kuala Lumpur and then a layover of 3 hours and then Kuala Lumpur to Sydney.
Do I need a negative PCR test to transit at Malaysia airport?
I do not have to change terminals or exit the airport.
Our flight is tomorrow.

Worst ground service - check in

The staff expects everyone to bring exact weight, they don't have common sense that people are travelling, they will not be in a position to measure weight accurately. Some are over by few kilos and some are less by few kilos, They should allow few extra kilos as they do in every other airport in the world. I travel international every alternative month, only in Bangalore airport most stupid people work. Very rude no welcoming smile to top up. Common sense should prevail the rules as they do in Kuala Lampur airport check in. Bangalore check in staff are the reason why people will never fly Malaysia Airlines. They are not acting as brand ambassador as they are not the staff of Malaysia Airline they are just contract coolies who just get their money and don't worry about damage they create for the airlines. I flew to KL on 18th Dec mid day. My humble request to Malaysia Airlines management is to sack those Bangalore staff and bring in your own who will support your brand and promote your brand as you are a reputed airlines.

Re ticketing not done properly

My wife was travelling from KUL to LAS on 1st Dec. But because of delay in Malaysia airlines, she missed her flight to Vegas at Singapore. So Malaysian airlines re issued a ticket to Vegas via UK. But in the intenary the return ticket was there. Once malaysian airline took control of ticket United Airlines don't have access to it and it got cancelled automatically.

Can you help in re ticketing the return intenary.

Unauthorised utilisation of debit card after booking tickets

I am Sebastian George from Thrissur in Kerala, booked return tickets for two from Kochi ( COK) to Kuala Lumpur with travel dates as 24 May and 09 June, 2019 respectively. Booking was done, payment accepted through debit card and tickets issued promptly on 27 April, 2019. But on 03/05/2019, surprisingly my banker informed that Malaysian Airlines charged Rs. 14687 and debited that amount from my account without my consent or intimation. I do not know as to why the airlines used my debit card details and grabbed my money without rendering any service. Under what circumstances they made use of my debit card details which I honestly transpired to them for booking the tickets once, on a later date. Anyway it is not a fair trade practice. In the result, I was constrained to block and replace my debit card at a cost Rs. 590 + GST. The agony I underwent during the period is unparalleled. Therefore, I do earnestly request you to probe the matter and make good my loses.

Hii. I am Travelling to Bali from Chennai, India via Kualalumpur on 15th October. and returning from bali via Kualalumpur on 21 October with Malaysian Airlines. I have lay over time of 2hr 30min during going to Bali and lay over of 11hr 20min during return journey. both PNRs are same and from same Terminal i.e Kualalumpur International Airport Terminal M.
Please let me know if I need a Malaysian Visa during layover at Kualalumpur??
