Complaints/Grievance Procedure

Meghalaya Public Grievance Redressal And Monitoring System (MegPGRAMS) is an integrated, web based application, it is primarily aims at grievance redressal and monitoring. Every Departments/Directorates/Commissionerates /District Offices/Blocks/etc has designated a Public Grievance Redressal Oofficer (PGROs). He/She is the nodal officer for redress of grievances on work areas allocated to that particular Ministry / Department.

You have to follows this steps, which is given below:

  • You can lodge your query/complanits/feedback and suggestions related to any organisation of govt of meghalaya by filling Grievance Redress Form .
  • Your grievance is acceptanceted online or by post and a unique registration number is given to the concerned person who is filling the complaints.
  • After submitting the form, the concerned nodal officer is examine your complaints and give resolution.
  • You can check or view status of your grievance online .
